Abstract

INDONESIA : Memasuki abad 21 manusia dituntut memiliki skill yang relevan dengan perkembangan jaman salah satunya yaitu skill communication dimana skill tersebut bisa diperoleh melalui lembaga pendidikan sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris terhadap speaking skill siswa dan animo pendaftar serta reward lemabag pada sekolah dasar islam dikota bandung. Secara spesifik penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh implementasi program Unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris terhadapa speaking skill siswa. (2) pengaruh implememtasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris terhadap animo pendaftar. dan (3) pengaruh implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa inggris terhadap reward lemabaga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi serta angket yang diberikan kepada siswa, orangtua siswa, dan guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris terhadap speaking skill siswa di SD Al-Ihsan Islamic School dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 39.5% dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa inggris terhadap speaking skill siswa. di SD Plus Baiturrahman nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,036 < 0,05 dengan pengaruh 11.1% (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada variabel implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris terhadap animo pendaftar di SD Al-Ihsan Islamic School dengan nilai signifikansi seberar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 11,9% dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada variabel implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa inggris terhadap animo pendafatar di SD Plus Baiturrahaman dengan nilai signifikansi 0,011.dengan pengaruh 10,6% (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris terhadap reward lembaga di SD Al-Ihsan Islamic School dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,077<0,05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 13,2 % dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada variabel implementasi program unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris terhadapa animo pendaftar di SD Plus Baiturrahman dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,039 <0,05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 11,1%. Berdasarkan hasil deskripsi data menunjukan bahwa SD Al-ihsan lebih unggul dalam speaking skill, animo pendaftar dan reward lembaga dibandingkan dengan SD Plus baiturrahman Kata kunci: Program Unggulan pengantar bahasa Inggris, Speaking Skill siswa, Animo Pendaftar, reward lembaga. ENGLISH : The 21st century, humans are required to have skills that are relevant to the times, one of which is communication skills where these skills can be obtained through educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the implementation of the excellent English introduction program on students' speaking skills and the interest of applicants as well as student rewards at Islamic elementary schools in the city of Bandung. Specifically, this study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of the implementation of the Excellent English delivery program on students' speaking skills. (2) the influence of the implementation of the excellent program of introduction to English on the interest of the registrants. and (3) the effect of the implementation of the excellent English language introduction program on institutional rewards. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data analysis techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires given to students, parents, and teachers. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect between the implementation variables of the excellent English language delivery program on the speaking skills of students at SD Al-Ihsan Islamic School with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with an effect of 39.5% and there are positive and significant influence between the variables of the implementation of the excellent English language introduction program on students' speaking skills. at SD Plus Baiturrahman a significance value of 0.036 < 0.05 with an effect of 11.1% (2) There is a positive and significant effect on the variable implementation of the excellent English language introduction program on the interest of registrants at SD Al-Ihsan Islamic School with a significance value of 0.000 < 0 0.05 with an effect of 11.9% and there is a positive and significant effect on the implementation variable of the excellent English language introduction program on the interest of registration at SD Plus Baiturrahaman with a significance value of 0.011. with an influence of 10.6% (3), there is a positive sign of the implementation of the excellent program of English introduction on institutional rewards at SD Al-Ihsan Islamic School with a significant value of 0.077 <0.05 with an effect of 13.2% and there is a positive and significant effect on the variable implementation of the excellent program of introduction to English on the registrant interest in SD Plus Baiturrahman with a significant value of r 0.039 <0.05 with an effect of 11.1%. ARAB : كان الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على تأثير تنفيذ برنامج مقدمة اللغة الإنجليزية الممتاز على مهارات التحدث لدى الطلاب واهتمام المتقدمين وكذلك مكافآت الطلاب في المدارس الابتدائية الإسلامية في مدينة باندونغ. على وجه التحديد ، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل: (1) تأثير تنفيذ برنامج ممتاز لتعليم اللغة الإنجليزية على مهارات التحدث لدى الطلاب. (2) تأثير تنفيذ البرنامج الممتاز لمقدمة اللغة الإنجليزية على مصلحة المسجلين. و (3) تأثير تنفيذ برنامج مقدمة ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية على المكافآت المؤسسية. طريقة البحث المستخدمة هي منهج كمي مع طريقة المسح. تم تنفيذ تقنيات تحليل البيانات من خلال المقابلات والتوثيق والاستبيانات المقدمة للطلاب وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى: (1) وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي بين متغيرات تطبيق برنامج إيصال اللغة الإنجليزية المتميز على مهارات التحدث لدى طلاب مدرسة مدرسة إبتدائية الإحسان الإسلامية بقيمة معنوية 0.000 <0.05. بتأثير 39.5٪ وهناك تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي بين متغيرات تنفيذ برنامج مقدمة اللغة الإنجليزية المتميز على مهارات التحدث لدى الطلاب. في مدرسة إبتدائية زائد بيت الرحمن قيمة معنوية 0.036 <0.05 بتأثير 11.1٪ (2) هناك تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي على التنفيذ المتغير لبرنامج مقدمة اللغة الإنجليزية الممتازة على مصلحة المسجلين في مدرسة مدرسة إبتدائية مدرسة الإحسان الإسلامية. بقيمة معنوية 0.000 <0 0.05 بتأثير 11.9٪ وهناك تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي على متغير تنفيذ برنامج مقدمة اللغة الإنجليزية الممتاز على مصلحة التسجيل في مدرسة إبتدائية زائد بيت الرحمن بقيمة معنوية 0.011. بتأثير 10.6٪ (3) هناك اهمية ايجابية و اهمية لتنفيذ البرنامج الممتاز في اللغة الانجليزية مقدمة على المكافآت المؤسسية في مدرسة مدرسة إبتدائية الاحسان الاسلامية بقيمة معنوية 0.077 <0.05 بتأثير 13.2٪ وهناك تأثير إيجابي وهام على التنفيذ المتغير لبرنامج اللغة الإنجليزية الممتاز. مقدمة لمصلحة المسجل في مدرسة إبتدائية زائد بيت الرحمن بقيمة معنوية ص 0.039 <0.05 بتأثير 11.1٪. بناءً على نتائج وصف البيانات ، يظهر أن مدرسة إبتدائية مدرسة الإحسان الإسلامية متفوق في مهارات التحدث واهتمام المسجل والمكافآت المؤسسية مقارنة بـ زائد بيت الرحمن الكلمات الأساسية: برنامج ممتاز لتوصيل اللغة الإنجليزية ، ومهارة التحدث لدى الطلاب ، واهتمام المسجل ، والمكافأة المؤسسية.
