Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh daya tarik sebuah Program Berita di Televisi bukan hanya dilihat dari suatu peristiwa. Namun, penerapan prinsip jurnalistik dalam bingkai Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia. Pada praktiknya masih banyak ditemukan Program Berita di Televisi yang melanggar peraturan tersebut. Adapun keadaan masyarakat di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini membutuhkan tayangan informatif dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Prinsip Jurnalistik Oleh Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Pada Tayangan Program Berita Televisi Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Terutama dalam indikator atau paramater, standar pengawasan, dan penerapan prinsip jurnalistik yang sesuai dengan P3SPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pengawasan dari George R. Terry dan menggunakan teori sembilan elemen jurnalistik dari Bill Kovach dan Tom Rosentiel. (R Terry, 1999: 6) Penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dari Cresswell dengan menggunakan prosedur analisis dan tidak menggunakan prosedur statistik atau cara kuantifikasi lainnya. (J. Cresswell, 1998: 24) Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa program televisi yang tidak menjalankan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia. Selain itu, Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia telah melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Penyiaran. Berkaitan dengan penerapan sanksi, Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia telah sesuai dalam memberikan sanksi kepada Program Berita di Televisi yang melanggar Prinsip Jurnalistik pada P3SPS. ENGLISH : This research is motivated by the attractiveness of a News Program on Television not only seen from an event. However, the application of journalistic principles within the framework of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission. In practice, there are still many news programs on television that violate these regulations. The state of society in this Covid-19 Pandemic Period requires informative shows and educates the life of the nation. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of journalistic principles by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission on Television News Programs in the Midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Especially in indicators or parameters, supervision standards, and the application of journalistic principles in accordance with P3SPS. This study uses the theory of supervision from George R. Terry and uses the theory of nine elements of journalism from Bill Kovach and Tom Rosentiel. (R Terry, 1999: 6) This research is a qualitative research method from Cresswell using analytical procedures and does not use statistical procedures or other quantification methods. (J. Cresswell, 1998: 24) The results of the study conclude that there are still several television programs that do not follow the rules set by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission. In addition, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission has carried out its duties and functions in accordance with the Broadcasting Law. With regard to the application of sanctions, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission has been appropriate in giving sanctions to News on Television Programs that violate the Journalistic Principles of P3SPS. (آر تيري ، 1999: 6) هذا البحث هو أسلوب بحث نوعي من Cresswell باستخدام إجراءات تحليلية ولا يستخدم إجراءات إحصائية أو طرق قياس كمية أخرى. (ج. كريسويل ، 1998: 24) وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا تزال هناك عدة برامج تلفزيونية لا تتبع القواعد التي وضعتها هيئة الإذاعة الإندونيسية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، نفذت لجنة البث الإندونيسي واجباتها ووظائفها وفقًا لقانون البث. فيما يتعلق بتطبيق العقوبات ، كانت هيئة الإذاعة الإندونيسية مناسبة في فرض عقوبات على الأخبار على البرامج التلفزيونية التي تنتهك المبادئ الصحفية لبرنامج P3SPS.
