Abstract

INDONESIA : Kepala madrasah bertanggung jawab atas terselenggaranya kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah. Guru berperan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, oleh karena itu perhatian terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru menjadi penting. Hal ini tidak akan mungkin terjadi tanpa adanya komunikasi yang baik antara guru dan kepala Madrasah, karena komunikasi adalah urat nadi suatu organisasi. Salah satu penentu keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan adalah gaya komunikasi kepala madarasah, yang harus menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif antara eksekutif dan bawahan. Hal ini sebagaimana dilakukan di MIS Yapinur Garut yang terus berusaha melakukan peningkatan kualitas kinerja guru melalui gaya komunikasi kepala madrasah yang digunakan supaya maksud dan tujuan tersampaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk menggambarkan proses gaya komunikasi kepala madrasah untuk di MIS Yapinur Kabupaten Garut. 2) Untuk menjabarkan upaya peningkatan kinerja guru oleh kepala madrasah ibtidaiyah Yapinur kab Garut. 3) Untuk memaparkan faktor apa yang mempengaruhi gaya komunikasi kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di MIS Yapinur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode yang digunaka adalah studi kasus (case study) atau penelitian lapangan. Kemudian sumber data penelitian terdiri dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Terhadap data-data tersebut kemudian dipelajari, ditafsirkan dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses komunikasi kepala madrasah Yapinur sudah berjalan dengan baik, selain komunikasi formal kepala madrasah juga menggunakan komunikasi informal, tidak hanya satu arah tetapi juga dua arah. Kemudian upaya dalam dalam peningkatan kinerja guru, kepala madrasah menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, mengimplementasi dan pengawasan.dengan terus meningkatkan kedisiplinan kerja dan tidak lupa memperhatikan kebutuhan guru. Adapun gaya komunikasi kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah menggunakan The Structuring Style, The Equalitarian style dan The Relingushing Style. ENGLISH : The head of islamic elementery school is responsible for the implementation of educational activities in the school. Teachers play a role in improving the quality of education, therefore attention to improving teacher performance is important. This would not be possible without good communication between teachers and the head of islamic elementery school, because communication is the lifeblood of an organization. One of the determinants of the success of educational institutions is the communication style of the madrasa principal, which must create effective communication between executives and subordinates. This is as done at MIS Yapinur Garut which continues to try to improve the quality of teacher performance through the communication style of islamic elementery school principal so that the goals and objectives are conveyed. This study aims to: 1) To describe the communication style process of islamic elementery school principal for MIS Yapinur, Garut Regency. 2) To describe the efforts to improve teacher performance by the head of islamic elementery school Yapinur, Garut Regency. 3) To describe what factors influence the principal's communication style to improve teacher performance at MIS Yapinur. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the method used is a case study or field research. Then the research data sources consist of primary and secondary data sources. Data was collected using observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The data is then studied, interpreted and analyzed to get the conclusions of the research results. The results of this study indicate that the communication process of the head of the Yapinur islamic elementery school has been going well, in addition to formal communication the head of the islamic elementery school also uses informal communication, not only one-way but also two-way. Then in efforts to improve teacher performance, islamic elementery school principals apply management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. By continuing to improve work discipline and not forgetting to pay attention to the needs of teachers. The principal's communication style to improve teacher performance is to use The Structuring Style, The Equalitarian Style and The Relingushing Style. ARAB : نبذة مختصرة ذكرى مولودي م:أسلوب تواصل مدير المدرسة لتحسين أداء المعلم (بحث في مدرسة ابتدائية يا في نور جاروت) رئيس المدرسة هو المسؤول عن تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية في المدارس والأنشطة التي تهدف إلى التأثير على الآخرين من حوله في مواقف معينة ، حتى يتمكن الآخرون من العمل بمسؤولية نحو تحقيق الأهداف التي تم تحديدها يلعب المعلمون دورًا في تحسين جودة التعليم ، وبالتالي فإن الاهتمام بتحسين أداء المعلم أمر مهم. لن يكون هذا ممكنًا بدون التواصل الجيد بين المعلمين ورئيس المدرسة ، لأن التواصل هو شريان الحياة للمؤسسة أحد محددات نجاح المؤسسات التعليمية هو أسلوب الاتصال للمدير ، والذي يجب أن يخلق اتصالاً فعالاً بين المديرين التنفيذيين والمرؤوسين. يتم ذلك في المدرسة الخاصة ابتدائية يا في نور غاروت التي تواصل محاولة تحسين جودة أداء المعلم من خلال أسلوب الاتصال لمدير المدرسة المستخدم بحيث يتم نقل الأهداف والغايات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: (1) وصف عملية الاتصال لرئيس المدرسة للمدرسة الإسلامية الخاصة يا في نور ، غاروت ريجنسي. (2) وصف الجهود المبذولة لتحسين أداء المعلم من قبل رئيسة المدرسة ابتدائية يا فاي نور غاروت. (3) وصف العوامل التي تؤثر على أسلوب الاتصال لمدير المدرسة لتحسين أداء المعلم في يا في نور (4) لمعرفة نتائج أسلوب الاتصال الذي يستخدمه مدير المدرسة في تحسين أداء المعلم تستخدم هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي النوعي والطريقة المستخدمة هي دراسة حالة أو بحث ميداني. ثم تتكون مصادر بيانات البحث من مصادر البيانات الأولية والثانوية. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام تقنيات الملاحظة والمقابلة ودراسة الأدب. ثم يتم دراسة البيانات وتفسيرها وتحليلها للحصول على استنتاجات من نتائج البحث. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن عملية التواصل مع رئيس مدرسة يابينور تسير على ما يرام ، بالإضافة إلى الاتصال الرسمي ، يستخدم رئيس المدرسة أيضًا التواصل غير الرسمي ، ليس فقط في اتجاه واحد ولكن أيضًا في اتجاهين. ثم في محاولة لتحسين أداء المعلم ، يطبق مديرو المدارس الإسلامية وظائف إدارية ، وهي التخطيط والتنظيم والتنفيذ والإشراف ، من خلال الاستمرار في تحسين انضباط العمل وعدم نسيان الاهتمام باحتياجات المعلمين. أسلوب تواصل المدير لتحسين أداء المعلم هو استخدام أسلوب الهيكلة ، والأسلوب المتكافئ ، والأسلوب المتماثل.
