Abstract

INDONESIA : Dalam era kapitalisasi politik yang memiliki artian bahwa, setiap partai politik dalam memenangkan kontestasi politik seperti pemilihan kepala daerah memiliki kecenderungan mengandalkan sumber daya ekonomi dan popularitas kandidat, tetapi partai keadilan sejahtera justru lebih banyak mengandalkan konsolidasi kader dalam Pilwakot Bandung.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui mengenai pelaksanaan Konsolidasi Kader PKS Dalam Memenangkan Pilwalkot Bandung 2018 , Untuk mengetahui mengenai penanaman dan pendayagunaan yang dilakukan oleh pengurus DPD PKS Kota Bandung. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori partai politik, konsolidasi, dan sumber daya politik. Teori konsolidasi yang terdiri dari tiga aspek utama yaitu Internalisasi Ideologi Partai, Militansi Sentimen Kepartaian, Pengakaran Partai. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan materi audio visual. Kemudian dalam teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa konsolidasi kader di DPD PKS Kota Bandung sudah direncanakan akan tetapi belum semua terealisasikan khususnya dalam hal Penanaman konsolidasi internal. DPD PKS Kota Bandung mempunyai solusi terkait Konsolidasi Kader, yaitu dengan UPA (Upaya Pembinaan Kader). Pertimbangan bahwa konsolidasi kader PKS dalam hal pendayagunaan ini dirasa sangat penting dan sangat besar manfaatnya, maka DPD PKS Kota Bandung mengusulkan kembali program konsolidasi kader yang akan dimasukan kembali dalam Munas dan Musda PKS dengan kata lain akan dilaksanakan ditahun-tahun atau di pemilihan umum berikutnya dengan ketentuan tidak lepas dari scoring prioritas penanganan masalah. ENGLISH : In the era of political capitalization, every political party in winning political contestation, such as regional elections, has a tendency to rely on economic resources and the popularity of candidates, but the Prosperous Justice Party relies more on the consolidation of cadres in the Bandung City Election.. The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of the consolidation of PKS cadres in winning the Pilwalkot Bandung 2018 , to find out about the planting and utilization carried out by the board of DPD PKS Bandung. The theory used in this study is the theory of political parties, consolidation, and political resources. Consolidation theory consists of three main aspects, namely the internalization of party ideology, militancy of party sentiment, party rooting. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation studies, and audio-visual materials. Then in the data analysis technique using three techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that the consolidation of cadres in DPD PKS Bandung is considered to be quite optimal, especially in terms of planting internal consolidation. that DPD PKS Bandung has a solution related to the consolidation of cadres, namely with UPA (cadre development efforts). Considering that the consolidation of PKS cadres in terms of utilization is considered very important and very beneficial, the PKS DPD Bandung proposes a cadre consolidation program that will be re-included in the National Conference and Musda PKS in other words will be implemented in years or in the next general election with the provisions not separated from scoring priority handling problems.
