Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi adalah suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihindari, perkembangan ini berdampak pada kehidupan manusia. Berdasarkan data dari Asosiasi Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII), Pada awal tahun 2022 jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia mencapai 210 juta jiwa dari 272 juta jiwa jumlah penduduk Indonesia saat ini. Perkembangan yang semakin pesat ini di manfaatkan oleh berbagai pihak guna memaksimalkan fungsi dari kemajuan teknologi ini. Salah satunya adalah dalam bidang jasa yaitu penyewaan atau rental barang. Namun kurangnya promosi atau informasi yang diberikan penyedia jasa sewa baik offline maupun online membuat pelanggan menjadi bingung untuk menyewa kepada siapa atau kemana barang yang ingin disewa. Masalah ini sebenarnya bisa diselesaikan dengan membangun suatu aplikasi E – Commerce Penyewaan Barang. Dengan teknologi e-commerce akan memiliki berbagai keuntungan. Keuntungan bagi konsumen yaitu efektif dalam memperoleh informasi produk, fleksibilitas transaksi dari berbagai lokasi. Banyaknya produk yang terdapat di e-commerce lainnya maka akan membuat pengguna kesulitan dalam mencari atau memilih produk yang tepat atau sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan hasil rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan minat pengguna pada e-commerce penyewaan barang juga. Sistem rekomendasi dibangun dengan tujuan untuk memilih item – item yang disukainya dari sekian banyak item yang tersedia. Sistem rekomendasi dengan algoritma euclidean distance mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Di dalam penelitian ini, penulis membahas mengenai e-commerce penyewaan barang dan penggunaan metode user based collaborative filtering dengan algoritma euclidean distance pada sistem rekomendasi e-commerce tersebut menggunakan rating pada produk sebagai preferensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan e-commerce penyewaan barang sebagai sistem rekomendasi yang berfungsi dengan baik, sebuah sistem rekomendasi yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi produk pada e-commerce penyewaan barang, dan akurasi sistem rekomendasi berdasarkan pengujian MAE dengan 2 skenario menghasilkan precision atau uji akurasi MAE hingga 50% dan pengujian beta dengan skala likert menghasilkan 79,3% dari 31 responden aplikasi, bahwa rekomendasi produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Technological development is something that cannot be avoided. This development has an impact on human life. Based on data from the Indonesian Internet Service Association (APJII), at the beginning of 2022 the number of internet users in Indonesia will reach 210 million people from the current 272 million population of Indonesia. This increasingly rapid development is utilized by various parties in order to maximize the function of this technological advancement. One of them is in the service sector, namely leasing or leasing goods. However, the lack of promotions or information provided by rental service providers both offline and online makes customers confused about who to rent or where to rent the goods. This problem can actually be solved by building an E-Commerce application for renting goods. With e-commerce technology will have various advantages. Benefits for consumers are effective in obtaining product information, transaction flexibility from various locations. The large number of products found in other e-commerce will make it difficult for users to find or choose the right product or according to their needs. So we need a system that can provide recommendations that are in accordance with user interests in e-commerce rental goods as well. The recommendation system was built with the aim of choosing the items they like from the many items available. The recommendation system with the Euclidean distance algorithm is able to produce product recommendations that are in accordance with the wishes of the user. In this study, the authors discuss e-commerce leasing of goods and the use of user-based collaborative filtering methods with the Euclidean distance algorithm in the e-commerce recommendation system using product ratings as preferences. The results of this study are to produce goods rental e-commerce as a recommendation system that functions properly, a recommendation system that is able to provide product recommendations on goods rental e-commerce, and recommendation system accuracy based on MAE testing with 2 scenarios to produce MAE precision or accuracy test up to 50% and beta testing with a Likert scale resulted in 79.3% of the 31 application respondents, that the resulting product recommendations were in accordance with the wishes of the user.
