Abstract

Indonesia: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan e-kinerja yang belum optimal sehingga belum bisa meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Sistem informasi penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya terdapat pengaruh sistem informasi penilaian kinerja pada kinerja karyawan, namun pengaruhnya relatif kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SIEKA) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi; (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Manajemen Pengawasan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi; (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana hubungan antara penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SIEKA) dan Manajemen Pengawasan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode korelasi. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui haisl penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan model skala likert yang terdiri dari lima alternatif pilihan jawaban yang diberikan kepada 50 responden. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini berupa uji instrumen (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji analisis indikator, uji hipotesis (uji korelasi product moment), serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SIEKA) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi, termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 4,14 dari hasil pengolahan data 50 responden; (2) Manajemen Pengawasan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi, termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 4,07 dari hasil pengolahan data 50 responden; (3) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi antara variable X dan variable Y, maka diperoleh angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,545, termasuk kategori 0,41 – 0,50 artinya terdapat hubungan yang cukup besar atau cukup kuat. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SIEKA) dengan Manajemen Pengawasan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil dari perhitungan uji korelasi bahwa signifikansi Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SIEKA) dengan Manajemen Pengawasan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi diperoleh 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil perhitungan uji korelasi bernilai positif yang berarti jika Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SIEKA) semakin ditingkatkan maka Manajemen Pengawasan Kinerja Guru juga meningkat. Kemudian dari hasil uji koefisiensi determinasi diperoleh (R square) sebesar 0,297 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN (SIEKA) dan Manajemen Pengawasan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sukabumi sebesar 29,7% English The problem in this study is that the use of e-performance is not optimal so that it cannot improve employee performance. The performance appraisal information system has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This means that there is an influence of the performance appraisal information system on employee performance, but the effect is relatively small. This study aims to: (1) To find out how the ASN Performance Electronic Information System (SIEKA) is used in State Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency; (2) To find out how the Management of Teacher Performance Supervision in State Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency; (3) To describe and analyze the relationship between the use of the ASN Performance Electronic Information System (SIEKA) and the Management of Supervision of Teacher Performance in Public Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the correlation method. The data in this study were obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale model which consisted of five alternative answer choices given to 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study were instrument tests (validity and reliability), indicator analysis tests, hypothesis testing (product moment correlation test), and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that: (1) The use of ASN Performance Electronic Information Systems (SIEKA) in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Sukabumi Regency, was included in the high category, namely 4.14 from the results of data processing of 50 respondents; (2) Management of Supervision of Teacher Performance in Public Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency, included in the high category, namely 4.07 from the results of data processing of 50 respondents; (3) Based on the results of calculating the correlation between variable X and variable Y, a correlation coefficient of 0.545 is obtained, belonging to the 0.41 – 0.50 category, meaning that there is a relationship that is quite large or strong enough. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the use of the ASN Performance Electronic Information System (SIEKA) and the Management of Supervision of Teacher Performance in Public Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency. The results of the calculation of the correlation test show that the significance of the use of ASN Performance Electronic Information Systems (SIEKA) with the Management of Teacher Performance Supervision in Public Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency is 0.000 <0.05. The results of the calculation of the correlation test are positive, which means that if the use of the ASN Performance Electronic Information System (SIEKA) is increased, the Management of Teacher Performance Supervision will also increase. Then from the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained (R square) of 0.297, which means that the contribution of the variable Use of ASN Performance Electronic Information Systems (SIEKA) and Management of Teacher Performance Supervision in Public Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency is 29.7%
