Abstract
Optimal regional capital engagement in regionally owned businesses is required. For the BPR Majalengka to provide a healthy amount of cash for the Regional Government, it must be able to optimize its management system. The management of equity participation by the regional government at BRP Majalengka, however, appears to be less than ideal given the decline in the contribution to Regional Original Revenue (PAD). The planning and budgeting, implementation and management, and accountability components of Ahmad Yani's (2002) theory of regional financial management are used in this study. For data gathering in this study, a qualitative approach with a descriptive type and methods including observation, interviews, literature reviews, and documentation studies were used. Two stakeholders who served as informants provided the researchers with information. Data validity procedures, meanwhile, make use of the Nvivo 12 Pro program. According to the study's findings, BPR Majalengka is qualified to get equitable participation from the regional government since it has a significant positive impact and advantages.
