Abstract

Jamur makroskopis merupakan organisme eukariot, heterotrof, kosmopolitan, memiliki tubuh buah yang besar, beragam dalam bentuk, ukuran, dan warna. Jamur makroskopis memiliki morfologi yang unik pada masing-masing individu. Informasi mengenai jamur makroskopis di Indonesia, khususnya di Kawasan Cagar Alam Situ Patenggang berkategori sangat rendah untuk itu dilakukan inventarisasi, dimana inventarisasi jamur makroskopis merupakan upaya awal yang dilakukan untuk identifikasi keragaman serta potensi dari jamur di suatu daerah atau kawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi jamur makroskopis berdasarkan morfologi, mengetahui indeks keanekaragaman serta mengetahui persebaran substrat jamur makroskopis di kawasan ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian noneksperimental dengan menggunakan metode jelajah dengan 8 jalur jelajah. Identifikasi jamur makroskopis menggunakan kunci identifikasi dengan karakter morfologi yakni jumlah, warna, bentuk tudung, tipe permukaan tudung, tipe bagian bawah tudung, tipe annulus, tipe volva, tipe tangkai dan tipe substrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 108 spesimen, sejumlah spesimen jamur ini dapat dikelompokkan berdasarkan ciri morfologi, yakni bentuk tudung, bentuk tudung (top view), tipe tubuh buah, tipe bagian bawah tudung. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman di Kawasan Cagar Alam Situ Patenggang ialah 3,140, dengan kriteria tinggi yang berarti tingkat keanekaragaman di kawasan ini baik. Substrat jamur makroskopis pada Kawasan Cagar Alam Situ Patenggang tersebar pada substrat batang pisang, tanah, tanaman pakis, serasah, rotan, pohon hidup dan kayu lapuk. Kayu lapuk merupakan substrat dengan persebaran paling tinggi yakni sebanyak 67 spesimen jamur makroskopis. Macroscopic fungi are eukaryotic, heterotrophic, cosmopolitan organisms, having large fruiting bodies, diverse in shape, size, and color. Macroscopic fungi have unique morphology in each individual. Information about macroscopic fungi in Indonesia, especially in the Situ Patenggang Nature Reserve Area is very low, therefore an inventory is carried out, where the inventory of macroscopic fungi is an initial effort made to identify the diversity and potential of fungi in an area or region. This research aims to inventory macroscopic fungi based on morphology, determine the diversity index and determine the distribution of macroscopic fungal substrates in this area. This research is a non-experimental research using the cruising method with 8 cruising lines. Identification of macroscopic fungi using identification keys with morphological characters namely number, color, hood shape, hood surface type, lamella type, annulus type, volva type, stalk type and substrate type. The results showed that there were 108 specimens, a number of these fungal specimens can be grouped based on morphological characteristics, namely the shape of the pileus, the shape of the pileus (top view), the type of fruiting body, the type of the bottom of the pileus. The diversity index value in the Situ Patenggang Nature Reserve Area is 3.140, with high criteria, which means that the level of diversity in this area is good. Macroscopic fungal substrates in the Situ Patenggang Nature Reserve are scattered on the substrate of banana stems, soil, fern plants, litter, rattan, live trees and weathered wood. Weathered wood is the substrate with the highest distribution of 67 specimens of macroscopic fungi.
