Abstract

INDONESIA : Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Anggota Dewan Kerja Daerah Jawa Barat. Komitmen Organisasi adalah suatu sikap yang diberikan seseorang terhadap organisasinya. Sikap tersebut menjadi suatu cerminan bagaimana seseorang menuangkan ide gagasan, kontribusi, dan kesetiaannya pada organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bawa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap OCB pada anggota Dewan Kerja Daerah Pramuka Jawa Barart. Hal ini dibuktikan pada nilai t hitung 3.319 > 1,98397 (t tabel) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan secara pasrial, komitmen organisasi berepngaruh secara positif dan signfikan terhadap OCB pada anggota Dewan Kerja Daerah Pramuka Jawa Barat dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 39,772 > 1, 98397 (t tabel ) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 1,98397. Sedangkan secara simultan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB pada anggota Dewan Kerja Daerah Pramuka Jawa Barat. ENGLISH : The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Members of the West Java Regional Working Council. Organizational Commitment is an attitude given by a person towards his organization. This attitude becomes a reflection of how a person expresses his ideas, contributions, and loyalty to the organization. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant effect on OCB in members of the West Java Scout Regional Work Council. This is evidenced by the t value of 3.319 > 1.98397 (t table) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB in members of the West Java Scout Work Council as evidenced by the t value 39.772 > 1.98397 (t table) and a significance value of 0.000 <1.98397. Meanwhile, simultaneously, organizational commitment influences OCB in members of the West Java Scout Regional Work Council.
