Abstract
The existence of non-performing financing in Islamic finance can have a risk impact for the bank itself and nationally, either directly or indirectly. The settlement of problematic financing in Islamic financial institutions is carried out according to Islamic law. Efforts to suppress/minimize non-performing financing in general can be carried out in stages with a persuasive approach. The application of the principles of financing analysis consists of 5C, namely character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy. In addition to the 5c principle, there are sharia principles,namely the provision of funds that does not contain elements of usury, maisir, gharar,haram and unjust. financing analysis approach, the principle of financing analysis consists of 5C and sharia principles. Settlement of non-performing financing is carried out through collection, restructuring, and foreclosure of collateral. Non Performing Finance (NPF) Caused by one or more factors that must be considered, namely internal factors, namely those within the company itself, and External factors, namely factors outside the control of the company's management. The settlement of problematic financing in Islamic financial institutions is carried out according to Islamic law. Reconciliation/settlement occurs in three ways: Shuhl (peace), Tahkim (Sharia Arbitration) and Qhada (Judicial Authority)
