Abstract

INDONESIA : Evaluasi kinerja lembaga pemerintahan merupakan salah satu cara agar nilai hasil dari kinerja instansi dapat diketahui dan dijadikan acuan agar adanya peningkatan kualitas dalam hal pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Namun, untuk menilai lembaga pemerintahan tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai hasil akhir kinerja yang telah terselenggara yang sebelumnya ditetapkan sesuai dengan target dan sasaran yang telah ditentukan oleh instansi yang berkaitan. Selama proses evaluasi keterkaitan dengan pelayanan ataupun produk didalamnya dijadikan acuan penilaian yang akan dilakukan instansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori evaluasi kinerja yang berkaitan dengan instasi pemerintahan Agus Dwiyanto (2006) yaitu: produktivitas, responsivitas, dan kualitas pelayanan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti mengambil 4 informan dengan rincian ke-4 orang tersebut merupakan stakeholder yang bersangkutan dengan Disdukcapil sebagai sumber informasi yang diperlukan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi kinerja Disdukcapil di Gpp Summarecon Bandung pada tahun 2021 dapat dikatakan sangat optimal. Hal tersebut dilihat dari produktivitas, responsivitas, dan kualitas pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan dalam hal mencapai target dan sasaran yang ditentukan sebelumnya berkaitan dengan tujuan instansi mengenai perencanaan yang harus diimplementasikan kepada masyarakat di Disdukcapil Summarecon tersebut. ENGLISH : Evaluation of the performance of government institutions is one way so that the value of the results of agency performance can be known and used as a reference so that there is an increase in quality in terms of service to the community. However, to assess these government institutions, it can be seen from the value of the final results of the performance that has been carried out which was previously set in accordance with the targets and goals set by the relevant agencies. During the evaluation process the linkage with the service or product in it is used as a reference for the assessment to be carried out by the agency. This study uses performance evaluation theory related to government agencies Agus Dwiyanto (2006), namely: productivity, responsiveness, and service quality. This type of research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Researchers took 4 informants with details of the 4 people who were stakeholders concerned with Disdukcapil as a source of information needed in research. The results of the research show that the performance evaluation of Disdukcapil at Gpp Summarecon Bandung in 2021 can be said to be very optimal. This can be seen from the productivity, responsiveness, and quality of service which is very satisfactory in terms of achieving the targets and targets previously determined related to the agency's objectives regarding planning that must be implemented to the community at the Disdukcapil Summarecon.
