An interview is used to collect information from English teacher to know the problem faced in classroom management. After collecting the data, the researcher analyzed the data found qualitatively. This research shows that (1) Classroom management is divided into five aspects. There were class rules, keeping a record of students' progress, reward, engaging and motivating instruction, and students' voices. (2) The problem faced by an English teacher in classroom management. Problems were students' lack of participation and teacher attention. To solve the problem, the teacher encourages students to read books or use the internet to learn more about the material that will or has been studied.
