This study uses a qualitative approach. Furthermore, this study uses a case study as its specific method. The subject of this research was the English teacher in the tenth grade. The data was collected by using observation and interviews. The researcher did observation to know activities of the teaching-learning process in the class, which is related to the classroom management conducted. An interview is used to collect information from English teacher to know the problem faced in classroom management. After collecting the data, the researcher analyzed the data found qualitatively. This research shows that (1) Classroom management is divided into five aspects. There were class rules, keeping a record of students' progress, reward, engaging and motivating instruction, and students' voices. (2) The problem faced by an English teacher in classroom management. Problems were students' lack of participation and teacher attention. To solve the problem, the teacher encourages students to read books or use the internet to learn more about the material that will or has been studied. Also, giving rewards and motivating all students is another way for teacher to solve problems.
