Abstract

INDONESIA : Motivasi dalam suatu organisasi bertujuan untuk mendorong pegawai agar mampu melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diembannya supaya dapat diselesaikan dengan baik untuk mencapai sebuah cita-cita dari tujuan organisasi. Produktivitas termasuk suatu perbandingan antar output (hasil) dan input (masukan). Produktivitas yang meningkat ditimbulkan daripada haidrnya motivasi yang tinggi dilingkungan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tambelang Kabupaten Bekasi. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunkan adalah sampel jenuh dimana semua pegawai dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 40 orang. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan ialah jenis data kuantitatif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunkan observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik dalam analisis data penelitian ini mempergunakan analisis deskriftif, verifikatif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian berlandaskan hierarki kebutuhan Maslow dimana melingkupi kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan keamanan, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan penghargaan, dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri secara persial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. ENGLISH : Motivation in an organization aims to encourage employees to be able to carry out the work they are assigned so that it can be completed properly to achieve an ideal of organizational goals. Productivity is a comparison between output (results) and input (input). Increased productivity due to the high motivation in the organizational environment. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee work productivity in Tambelang District, Bekasi Regency. In this study the sample used was a saturated sample where all employees were taken as a sample of 40 people. The type of research used is the type of quantitative data. Techniques in collecting data using observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. Techniques for analyzing the data in this study used descriptive analysis, verification and t-test. The results of the research are based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs which include physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs which partially affect work productivity.
