Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tawakal dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa santri yang mengalami quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan motedoe kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berstatus juga sebagai santri di pondok pesantren Al Hidayah 2. Skala ukur tawakal menggunakan teori dari Ibnu Qayyim dan Yusuf Qardhawi sedangkan untuk skala tawakal menggunakan teori Taylor, Future anxiety scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara variabel tawakal dan kecemasan. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat tawakalnya maka semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa santri, begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat tawakalnya maka semakin tinggi tingkat kecemasan yang dialaminya. ENGLISH : This study aims to determine the relationship between trustworthiness and anxiety in students who experience a quarter life crisis. This study uses a quantitative method. The subjects in this study were students who were also students at the Al Hidayah 2 Islamic boarding school.. The tawakal measuring scale uses the theory of Ibn Qayyim and Yusuf Qardhawi while for the tawakal scale uses Taylor's theory, the Future anxiety scale. The results of the study show that there is a negative relationship between the variables of trust and anxiety. This means that the higher the level of trust, the lower the level of anxiety experienced by santri students, and vice versa, the lower the level of trust, the higher the level of anxiety they experience.
