Abstract

INDONESIA : Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Ash-Shiddiqiyah Kota Bima adalah lembaga pendidikan keagamaan yang mencetak generasi qur’ani yang berilmu dengan pembekalan ilmu al-Qur’an, keterampilan tilawah Qur’an, dan Tahsin melalui program Tahfidz Qur’an sebagai program unggulannya. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi program tersebut, maka diperlukan optimalisasi pengarahan yang dilakukan pimpinan pondok dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Tahfidz Qur’annya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi proses pengarahan (directing) yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Ash-Shiddiqiyah Kota Bima kepada santri dalam program Tahfidz Qur’an dan mengetahui hasil dari proses pengarahan (directing) tersebut dalam meningkatkan kompetensi santri program Tahfidz Qur’annya dengan menggunakan teori pengarahan menurut Koonz dan O’Donnel. Koontz dan O’Dennel (1958) menjelaskan pengarahan sebagai hubungan antara berbagai aspek individual yang timbul akibat adanya pengaturan terhadap bawahan-bawahan untuk bisa dipahami dan pembagian pekerjaan yang efektif guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang nyata. Kemudian membagi proses pengarahan tersebut kedalam tiga proses utama yakni proses orientasi, pemberian perintah dan delegasi wewenang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan fenomena tertentu secara rinci dan mendalam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul akan diklasifikasikan, kemudian dianalisis untuk memperoleh rumusan yang baik dan benar dengan menggunakan pola berpikir induktif. Dari hasil penelitian, terungkap bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Ash-Shiddiqiyah Kota Bima melakukan proses pengarahan (directing) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi santri program Tahfidz Qur’annya melalui tiga hal yakni orientasi, pemberian perintah dan delegasi wewenang. 1) Proses orientasi dilakukan dengan berbagai program, diantaranya Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Pondok (MPLP) kemudian dilanjutkan proses pengenalan secara intensif serta monitoring dan evaluasi melalui pengarahan langsung oleh pimpinan. 2) Proses pemberian perintah oleh pimpinan dilakukan dengan bijak dan bertanggung jawab sesuai tugas dan wewenang setiap bidangnya sehingga memunculkan sikap patuh dan hormat pada perintah yang diberikan. 3) Proses delegasi wewenang diberikan sesuai dengan kemampuan setiap orang dan sesuai tupoksi masing-masing secara adil dan dijalankan dengan penuh rasa tanggung jawab. ENGLISH : Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur'an Ash-Shiddiqiyah City of Bima is a religious education institution that produces knowledgeable Qur'anic generations with provision of knowledge of the Qur'an, Qur'an recitation skills, and Tahsin through the Tahfidz Qur'an program as its flagship program . To increase the competence of the program, it is necessary to optimize the direction carried out by the pesantren leadership in carrying out their Tahfidz Qur'an activities. This study aims to determine the optimization of the directing process carried out by the Al-Qur'an Ash-Shiddiqiyah Islamic Boarding School in Bima City to students in the Tahfidz Qur'an program and to find out the results of the directing process in increasing the competence of the students of the Tahfidz Qur'an program ' it by using the theory of direction according to Koonz and O'Donnel. Koontz and O'Dennel (1958) explain direction as the relationship between various individual aspects arising from the arrangement of subordinates to be understood and the effective division of work in order to achieve real company goals. Then dividing the briefing process into three main processes namely the process of orientation, giving orders and delegation of authority. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive methods are used to describe and explain certain phenomena in detail and depth. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data will be classified, then analyzed to obtain a good and correct formulation using inductive thinking patterns. From the results of the study, it was revealed that the Al-Qur'an Ash-Shiddiqiyah Islamic Boarding School in Kota Bima carried out a directing process in increasing the competence of the students of the Tahfidz Qur'an program through three things namely orientation, giving orders and delegation of authority. 1) The orientation process is carried out with various programs, including the Pondok Environment Introduction Period (MPLP) then followed by an intensive introduction process as well as monitoring and evaluation through direct guidance by the leadership. 2) The process of giving orders by the leadership is carried out wisely and responsibly in accordance with the duties and authority of each field so that it creates an attitude of obedience and respect for the orders given. 3) The process of delegation of authority is given according to each person's ability and according to their respective duties in a fair manner and is carried out with full sense of responsibility.
