Abstract

INDONESIA : Lembar kerja dapat digunakan sebagai solusi dalam keberhasilan proses pembelajaran terutama dalam praktikum. Lembar kerja yang digunakan berbasis inkuiri terbimbing karena mampu membelajarkan mahasiswa berpikir secara analitis dan mampu memecahkan masalah berdasarkan data penelitian yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa pada pembuatan nata de whey kefir menggunakan lembar kerja berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttets design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Sampel penelitian menggunakan satu kelas yaitu kelas VI E berjumlah 21 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari observasi dan soal uraian. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh rata-rata N-gain dari setiap indikator keterampilan berpikir kreatif sebesar 0,461 termasuk pada kriteria “sedang”. Data uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji T-paired diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Keterlaksanaan aktivitas penelitian memiliki nilai rata-rata 92% dengan kategori sangat baik dan rata-rata keterlaksanaan aktivitas mahasiswa memiliki rata-rata 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Adapun hasil rata-rata respon mahasiswa terhadap praktikum nata de whey kefir dengan menerapkan lembar kerja berbasis inkuiri terbimbing sebesar 82% dengan kategori baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari penerapan lembar kerja nata de whey kefir berbasis inkuiri terbimbing terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa. ENGLISH : Worksheets can be used as a solution in the success of the learning process, especially in practicum. The worksheets used are based on guided inquiry because they are able to teach students to think analytically and are able to solve problems based on the research data obtained. This study aims to analyze the improvement of students' creative thinking skills in making nata de whey kefir using guided inquiry-based worksheets. The method used in this study was a Pre-Experimental Design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were students in the sixth semester of the Biology Education Study Program at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The research sample used one class, namely class VI E totaling 21 students using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrumen consisted of observation and description questions. From the results of research data analysis, it was obtained that the average N-gain for each indicator of creative thinking skills was 0.461, included in the "moderate" criterion. Hypothesis testing data using the paired T test obtained a significance value of 0.000, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The implementation of research activities has an average value of 92% with a very good category and the average implementation of student activities has an average of 92% with a very good category. The average results of student responses to the nata de whey kefir practicum by applying guided inquiry-based worksheets were 82% in the good category. So it can be concluded that there is a positive influence from the application of the nata de whey kefir worksheet based on guided inquiry on students' creative thinking skills.
