Abstract

INDONESIA : Automatic water filling system merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses pengisian dan penutupan pada botol. Tujuannya agar proses pengisian dan penutupan botol dapat dilakukan secara otomatis. Sistem ini menggabungkan penggunaan outseal PLC mega V.3 sebagai kontroler utama dan android HMI sebagai kontrol jarak jauh. Sensor proximity capasitive digunakan untuk mendeteksi objek botol pada pengisian dan penutupan botol dalam rentang jarak maksimal 1 cm. Sistem bekerja dengan media conveyor belt, dimulai dari proses pengisian oleh pompa yang akan aktif saat sensor proximity mendeteksi botol. Pompa ini akan aktif selama 4,2 detik. Dilanjutkan dengan melewati sleding plat untuk pemberian tutup botol. Proses pengencangan tutup botol ini dilakukan saat sensor proximity kedua mendeteksi botol yang akan mengaktifkan double acting cylinder dan juga motor gearbox digunakan. Hasil pengujian sistem pengisian botol berukuran 250 ml ini setelah dihitung persentase errornya yaitu 1,2% dan saat dibandingkan dengan spesifikasi debit dari pompa yang digunakn sudah mendekati hasil yang sesuai. Sedangkan untuk hasil pengencangan tutup botol, hasil rata-rata yaitu botol tertutup kencang. Terakhir, pengujian android HMI sebagai kontrol jarak jauh mendapatkan hasil yaitu ketika jarak android semakin jauh menyebabkan sedikit delay dalam mengaktifkan sistem. ENGLISH: The ”Automatic Water Filling System” is a system used to carry out the process of filling and capping bottles. The goal is to enable the automatic filling and capping of bottles. This system combines the use of the Outseal PLC Mega V.3 as the main controller and Android HMI for remote control. A proximity capacitive sensor is utilized to detect bottle objects during the filling and capping processes within a maximum range of 1 cm. The system operates using a conveyor belt, beginning with the filling process by a pump that activates when the proximity sensor detects a bottle. The pump remains active for 4.2 seconds. This is followed by passing through a sliding plate for bottle capping. The capping process is initiated when the second proximity sensor detects the bottle, activating a double acting cylinder and the gearbox motor. Testing the system with 250 ml bottle filling resulted in an error percentage of 1.2%, which, when compared to the pump’s specified flow rate, closely matched the expected outcome. As for the capping results, the average outcome was securely capped bottles. Lastly, the testing of the Android HMI for remote control revealed that increasing the distance of the Android device led to a slight delay in activating the system.
