Abstract

INDONESIA : Umat Islam pernah mengalami peristiwa terburuk dalam catatan sejarah yaitu peristiwa Fitnatul Kubra, yang puncaknya ketika terjadi pertempuran Siffin. Umat Islam pada saat itu terbagi menjadi beberapa kubu yaitu pihak yang mendukung Ali, pihak yang mendukung Mu'awiyah, dan pihak yang enggan terlibat dalam konflik ini. Beberapa kelompok ini kemudian membuat periwayatan hadis palsu untuk menguatkan posisinya masing-masing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui periwayatan hadis sebelum Konflik Politik. Kemudian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konflik Politik Ali dan Mu'awiyah terhadap periwayatan hadis. Dan terakhir untuk mengetahui Siapa saja Nama-nama Rawi yang diterima dan ditolak akibat konflik politik Ali dan Mu'awiyah. Supaya mendapatkan hasil yang ingin didapatkan dalam penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, metode ini yang pada hakikatnya merupakan metode ilmiah untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dengan maksud dan tujuan tertentu. Peneliti juga menggunakan metode dekriptif yaitu suatu bentuk penelitian yang mendasar. Ditujukan untuk menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, peneliti juga menggunakan metode kajian historis yaitu berupa pencarian data sejarah. Hasil yang bisa didapatkan dalam meneliti tema ini adalah dampak konflik politik antara Ali dan Mu'awiyah yang memberikan problem bagi periwayatan hadis. Karena dulu waktu sebelum terjadinya konflik politik transmisi hadis masih tidak ada masalah, baik dari segi sanad atau perawi hadisnya. Tetapi setelah terjadinya konflik banyak sekali penyimpangan dalam periwayatan hadis. Hal ini menyebabkan, munculnya hadis-hadis palsu, yang kemudian menjadikan para ulama lebih selektif dalam menerima periwayat hadis, dan menjadi sebab munculnya ilmu rijal hadis untuk mengetahui identitas seorang perawi. ENGLISH : Muslims have experienced the worst event in recorded history, namely the Fitnatul Kubra incident, which culminated in the battle of Siffin. The Muslims at that time were divided into several camps, namely those who supported Ali, those who supported Mu'awiyah, and those who were reluctant to get involved in this conflict. Several of these groups then fabricated fake hadith narrations to strengthen their respective positions. The purpose of this research is to find out the hadith narration before the political conflict. Then to find out the influence of Ali and Mu'awiyah's political conflict on hadith transmission. And finally to find out which Rawi names were accepted and rejected due to the political conflict between Ali and Mu'awiyah. In order to get the results you want to get in research, researchers use qualitative research methods, this method is essentially a scientific method for obtaining knowledge with specific aims and objectives. Researchers also use descriptive method, which is a form of fundamental research. Intended to describe or describe existing phenomena, researchers also use historical study methods, namely in the form of searching for historical data. The results that can be obtained in researching this theme are the impact of the political conflict between Ali and Mu'awiyah which created problems for the transmission of hadith. Because in the past, before the political conflict occurred, there were still no problems with the transmission of hadith, both in terms of the sanad and the narrators of the hadith. But after the conflict occurred there were many deviations in the transmission of hadith. This led to the emergence of fake hadiths, which then made the scholars more selective in accepting hadith narrators, and became the reason for the emergence of the science of rijal hadith to find out the identity of a narrator.
