Abstract
This research focuses on the dynamics that occur between Politics and Football in a Global Political Perspective, as well as the political objectives of Qatar as the host and the dynamics that occur in the FIFA World Cup 2022 based on a Global Political Ethical Perspective. This study aims to determine the dynamics that occur between Politics and Football in a Global Political Perspective, in addition to knowing the political goals of Qatar as the host and describing the dynamics that occur in the FIFA World Cup 2022 based on the perspective of Global Political Ethics. This research is supported by theories about Political Ethics and Global Politics. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results of this study indicate that today, football can be used as a means of political communication and political diplomacy as well as a country's soft power to achieve its political goals. With regard to Qatar's political goals for its big effort in preparing for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 to the fullest, it is to improve Qatar's political image, introduce peaceful "Islam" and demonstrate the stability of its country which is located in the Middle East region. Furthermore, this research also shows the various dynamics that occurred that gave rise to the "Clash of Culture" in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
