Abstract

Penumpukan sampah organik di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengelola sampah organik yaitu dengan membuat eco enzyme. Dalam budidaya sayuran daun seperti tanaman kailan (Brassica oleracea L), pemberian bahan organik berupa pupuk kandang kelinci menjadi solusi yang dapat mengefisiensi penggunaan pupuk yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi antara eco enzyme dan pupuk kandang kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan (Brassica oleracea L). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dengan 12 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi eco enzyme = 0 mL L¬-1 (E0), 3 mL L-1 (E1), 5 mL L-1 (E2) dan 10 mL L-1 (E3) dan faktor kedua yaitu pupuk kandang kelinci = 0 g polibag-1 (P0), 90 g polibag-1 (P1), 180 g polibag-1 (P2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberian konsentrasi eco enzyme 5 mL L-1 (E2) memberikan hasil optimal pada tinggi tanaman dan luas daun. Pemberian dosis pupuk kandang kelinci 180 g polibag-1 (P2) memberikan pengaruh terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman. ABSTRACT The accumulation of organic waste in Indonesia continues to increase every year, one of the things that can be done to manage organic waste is to make eco enzymes. In the cultivation of leaf vegetables such as kailan (Brassica oleracea L), the application of rabbit manure is a solution that can make efficient use of existing fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction between eco enzyme and rabbit manure on the growth and yield of kailan (Brassica oleracea L). The experimental design used in this study was a factorial randomized block design with 12 treatments and 3 replications, the first factor was eco enzyme concentration = 0 mL L¬1 (E0), 3 mL L-1 (E1), 5 mL L-1 (E2) and 10 mL L-1 (E3) and the second factor was rabbit manure = 0 g polybag-1 (P0), 90 g polybag-1 (P1), 180 g polybag-1 (P2). The results showed that giving an eco enzyme concentration of 5 mL L-1 (E2) gives optimal results on plant height and leaf area. Giving a dose of 180 g polybag-1 rabbit manure (P2) had an effect on the plant height parameter.
