Abstract

INDONESIA : Kubis bunga (Brassica oleraceae var. botrytis L.) merupakan komoditas sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan prospek yang baik. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik secara terus menerus dalam budidaya kubis bunga dapat menurunkan produktivitas lahan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah penggunaan POC limbah sayuran dan jenis media tanam organik arang sekam dan cocopeat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi POC limbah sayuran dengan jenis media tanam serta konsentrasi POC limbah sayuran dan jenis media tanam yang terbaik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2023-April 2023 di Lahan Kampus II UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah RAK Faktorial dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu: Konsentrasi POC limbah sayuran = 0 ml l-1 (p0); 15 ml l-1 (p1); 25 ml l-1 (p2); 35 ml l-1 (p3). Faktor kedua yaitu: Jenis media tanam = Tanah (m1); Tanah+Arang Sekam (m2); Tanah+Cocopeat (m3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi POC limbah sayuran dan jenis media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga. Secara mandiri konsentrasi POC limbah sayuran 25 ml l-1 berpengaruh terhadap bobot basah brangkasan dan jenis media tanam tanah+arang sekam berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah brangkasan, diameter bunga, dan berat bunga. ENGLISH : Cauliflower (Brassica oleraceae var. botrytis L.) is a vegetable commodity that has good economic value and prospects. Longterm use of inorganic fertilizers in cauliflower cultivation can reduce land productivity. Efforts that can be made are the use of vegetable waste POC and organic planting media husk charcoal and cocopeat. The purpose of this research was to determine the interaction between the POC concentration of vegetable waste and the type of planting media as well as the POC concentration of vegetable waste and the best type of planting media on the growth and yield of cauliflower plants. The research was conducted in February 2023-April 2023 on Campus II Land at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method used is RAK Factorial two factors and three replications. The first factor is: POC concentration of vegetable waste = 0 ml l-1 (p0); 15 ml l-1 (p1); 25 ml l-1 (p2); 35 ml l-1 (p3). The second factor was: Type of planting media = Soil (m1); Soil+Husk Charcoal (m2); Soil+Cocopeat (m3). The results of the research showed that there was no interaction between the POC concentration treatment of vegetable waste and the type of planting media on the growth and yield of cauliflower plants. Independently, the POC concentration of vegetable waste of 25 ml l-1 had an effect on the fresh weight of stover and the type of planting media, soil + husk charcoal, had an effect on plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight of stover, flower diameter and flower weight.
