Abstract

Pada era konvergensi media audiens dapat mengontrol kapan, di mana, dan bagaimana dapat mengakses dan berhubungan dengan informasi, dalam berbagai jenisnya. Istilah jurnalisme konvergensi melibatkan kerja sama antara media siar, media cetak, dan media online untuk menghasilkan berita terbaik yang dimungkinkan, dengan menggunakan berbagai sistem penyampaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana strategi media cetak lokal yang telah berkonvergensi menjadi media online dalam berinteraksi dengan media massa, bahkan mengisi konten berita pada media massa. Melalui proses pembuatan berita online, teknik penulisan berita online, kelayakan berita, dan peran redaksi dalam meningkatkan portal yang mereka miliki. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori Konvergensi Media. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, di mana dengan metode ini peneliti mengumpulkan data berupa kalimat atau gambar yang memiliki makna dan memacu timbulnya pemahaman yang nyata daripada sekedar frekuensi atau angka. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa strategi tim redaksi dalam pembuatan berita online di era konvergensi yaitu pertama, konten media pada portal Korsum.id berupa berita investigasi yang meliputi pemerintahan, politik, legislatif ataupun hukum, yang dihasilkan dari proses pembuatan berita. Kedua, teknologi informasi dihasilkan melalui teknik penulisan yang memenuhi rumus 5W1H, namun tidak terlalu mengutamakan penggunaan pola piramida terbalik. Ketiga, kelayakan berita yang dimuat pada portal Korsum.id yaitu memiliki unsur yang dapat mempengaruhi bagi orang banyak yang dapat melakukan jaringan komunikasi. Keempat, peran redaksi dalam meningkatkan portal Korsum.id yaitu terjadinya perubahan peran dan digitalisasi guna memenuhi tiga unsur Konvergensi Media. ENGLISH: In the era of media convergence, audiences can control when, where, and how to access and relate to information, in various forms. The term convergence journalism involves cooperation between broadcast media, print media, and online media to produce the best news possible, using various delivery systems. This study aims to examine how the strategy of local print media that has converged into online media interacts with the mass media, even filling out news content in the mass media. Through the process of making online news, online news writing techniques, news feasibility, and the role of editors in improving the portal they have. The theory used in this study is the theory of media convergence. Using a qualitative descriptive research method, in which with this method the researcher collects data in the form of sentences or images that have meaning and spur the emergence of real understanding rather than just frequency or numbers. The results of this study are that the editorial team's strategy in making online news in the convergence era is first, media content on the Korsum.id portal is in the form of investigative news covering government, politics, legislature or law, which is produced from the process of making news. Second, information technology is produced through writing techniques that comply with the 5W1H formula, but do not prioritize the use of the inverted pyramid pattern. Third, the feasibility of the news published on the Korsum.id portal, namely having elements that can influence many people who can carry out communication networks. Fourth, the role of the editorial staff in improving Korsum.id's portal, namely changing roles and digitizing to fulfill the three elements of Media Convergence.
