Abstract

INDONESIA : E-learning merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan media elektronik melalui teknologi internet. Pemanfaatan sistem atau konsep pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi atau biasa di sebut dengan e-learning saat ini sedang marak diperbincangkan, terlebih pada system pembelajaran pada era digital ini. Dengan adanya e-learning dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajran agar lebih efektif dan efisien. UIN Bandung sendiri sudah memiliki system e-learning dalam bentuk web, Mahasiswa harus menunggu enrollment dosen agar dapat mengakses e-learning tersebut. Oleh karna itu dibuat e-learning chatbot agar dapat lebih interactive, efektif dan efisien dalam membantu mahasiswa untuk tanya jawab secara langsung, melihat jadwal, dosen, dan ruangan matakuliah yang diampu. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam peneilitan adalah algortima K-Nearest Naighbor yang berfungsi untuk mengklasifikasi intent dan algoritma Rapid Automatic Keyword Extraction untuk mengklasifikasi entity. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan confusion matrix untuk menemukan akurasi. Hasil dari pengujian didapat bahwa akurasi dari algoitma KNN dan RAKE sebesar 98.28%. Kata Kunci: E-learning, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelegence, Chatbot, RAKE, KNN ENGLISH : E-learning is a form of learning activity using electronic media via internet technology. The use of learning systems or concepts that utilize technology or what is usually called e-learning is currently being widely discussed, especially in learning systems in this digital era. With e-learning, it can help students in the learning process to be more effective and efficient. UIN Bandung itself already has an e-learning system in web form. Students must wait for lecturer enrollment to be able to access the e-learning. For this reason, an e-learning chatbot was created so that it can be more interactive, effective and efficient in helping students to ask questions and answers directly, see schedules, lecturers and course rooms being taught. The algorithm used in the research is the K-Nearest Naighbor algorithm which functions to classify intent and the Rapid Automatic Keyword Extraction algorithm to classify entities. Testing in this research uses a confusion matrix to find accuracy. The results of the test showed that the accuracy of the KNN and RAKE algorithms was 98.28%.
