Abstract

INDONESIA: Panorpidae merupakan salah satu serangga yang termasuk ordo Mecoptera yang dapat ditemukan pada habitat dengan kelembapan yang tinggi. Panorpidae sangat peka terhadap perubahan iklim sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai bioindikator lingkungan. Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung memiliki kondisi lingkungan yang sesuai habitat dengan Panorpidae. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman Panorpidae dan karakteristik habitat Panorpidae di Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Maret – Bulan April 2023 dengan metode plot persegi panjang pada tiga blok kawasan, yaitu blok pemanfataan, blok perlindungan dan blok koleksi dengan batasan wilayah 10% dari luasan masing-masing blok. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan hand collecting dan sweeping net. Panorpidae yang tertangkap diidentifikasi berdasarkan karakeristik morfologinya. Parameter lingkungan dan vegetasi diidentifikasi dan dicatat. Hasil data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25 dengan uji korelasi spearman untuk menguji korelasi antara jumlah individu dan faktor lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi ditemukan lima spesies Panorpidae yang berasal dari Genus Neopanorpa. Keanekaragaman Panorpidae di Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda tergolong sedang dengan nilai 1,3 di blok perlindungan dan 1 di blok pemanfaatan. Neopanorpa sp1 paling mendominasi daripada spesies lainnya. Panorpidae ditemukan pada vegetasi berdaun lebar seperti Clidemia sp. dan Datura sp dengan kanopi yang tidak terlalu rapat. Hasil rata-rata dari pengukuran suhu udara adalah 25,8°C, kelembapan udara 71,5%, intensitas cahaya 2281 lux dan kecepatan angin 0,00 CFM. ENGLISH: Panorpidae is one of the insects belonging to the order Mecoptera that can be found in habitats with high humidity. Panorpidae is very sensitive to climate change, so it can be used as an environmental bioindicator. Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung has environmental conditions suitable for Panorpidae habitat. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of Panorpidae and the characteristics of the Panorpidae habitat at Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung. The research was conducted in March–April 2023 using the rectangular plot method in three area blocks, namely utilization blocks, protection blocks, and collection blocks, with an area limit of 10% of the area of each block. The sampling technique was carried out by hand by collecting and sweeping a net. The Panorpidae caught were identified based on their morphological characteristics. Environmental and vegetation parameters are identified and recorded. The results of the data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 with the Spearman correlation test to test the correlation between the number of individuals and environmental factors. Based on the identification results, five species of Panorpidae were found in the Neopanorpa genus. The diversity of Panorpidae at Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda, is classified as moderate, with a score of 1.3 in the protection block and 1 in the utilization block. Neopanorpa sp. 1 is the most dominant of the other species. Panorpidae is found in broad-leaved vegetation such as Clidemia sp. and Datura sp. with a less dense canopy. The average results of air temperature measurements are 25.8°C, humidity is 71.5%, light intensity is 2281 lux, and wind speed is 0.00 CFM.
