Abstract

INDONESIA : Tanah pasca galian batuan termasuk tanah yang kurang subur karena kesuburan tanah yang dimilikinya rendah sehingga kurang cocok untuk pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Aplikasi isolat BPF dan pupuk kandang bisa menjadi salah satu solusi untuk memperbaiki kesuburan tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi isolat BPF dan beragam pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) pada tanah pasca galian batuan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial 2 faktor dengan 15 taraf perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama terdiri dari 5 taraf yaitu isolat BPF dengan dosis 0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 ml polybag-1. Sedangkan faktor kedua yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu beragam jenis pupuk kandang berupa pupuk kandang ayam, sapi, dan kambing dengan dosis masing-masing 15 t ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara isolat BPF dan beragam jenis pupuk kandang serta aplikasi isolat BPF dan beragam jens pupuk kandang masing-masing secara mandiri tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) pada tanah pasca galian batuan. ENGLISH : Rock post mining soil is considered infertile because the soil fertility is low, so that less suitable for the growth of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). The application of BPF isolates and manure can be a solution to improve soil fertility. The aim of this study was to determine the interaction effect of BPF isolates and various manures on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) on rock post mining soil. The method used in this study was a 2-factor factorial randomized block design with 15 treatment levels and 3 replications. The first factor consists of 5 levels, that is BPF isolates with doses of 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 ml polybag-1. While the second factor consists of 3 levels, that is various types of manure in the form of chicken, cow, and goat manure with doses of 15 t ha-1 each other. The results showed that there was no interaction between BPF isolates and various types of manure and the application of BPF isolates and various types of manure, each independently did not affect the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) on rock post mining soil.
