Abstract
Efficient payroll management is essential for organizations to ensure accurate and timely compensation to their employees. This study presents the development and implementation of a web-based payroll management system, using Telesom Company as a case study. Traditional manual payroll processes often lead to complexities, errors, and delays. The proposed web-based system aims to streamline payroll operations, enhance accuracy, and improve overall efficiency the study commences with a thorough analysis of Telesom Company's payroll requirements, encompassing employee classifications, deductions, benefits, and tax regulations. Based on these insights, the web-based system is meticulously designed and executed, leveraging contemporary technologies and frameworks to create an intuitive user interface and a robust backend infrastructure the system empowers authorized personnel to manage employee profiles, record attendance and leave data.
