Abstract

INDONESIA : Di zaman modern ini, jurnalistik telah berkembang dengan pesat, dapat diakses oleh lebih banyak orang melalui internet. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan yang ketat antara media dalam menyajikan informasi yang akurat, terpercaya, dan selalu terbaru. Hal tersebut tentu saja memperngaruhi penerapan kode etik jurnalistik dalam pembuatan isi berita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Kode Etik Jurnalistik dalam proses mencari dan membuat berita oleh wartawan PMJNews dalam pasal 3 dan untuk mengetahui penerapan asas praduga tak bersalah dalam proses mencari dan membuat berita oleh wartawan PMJNews dalam pasal 3. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini teori Gatekeeper atau biasa disebut dengan istilah “Penjaga Gerbang”. Tugas utama Gatekeeper adalah membatasi komunikasi yang diterima komunikan atau penerima. Surat kabar, majalah, dan editor berkala terkadang disebut sebagai penjaga gerbang. Individu yang dikirim ke penerima dapat dipilih, dimodifikasi, atau bahkan ditolak oleh penjaga gerbang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode ini dipilih karena tidak bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis atau menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat, tetapi lebih fokus pada pemaparan situasi yang terjadi saat penelitian dilakukan. Pendekatan deskriptif adalah cara untuk meneliti status, kondisi, sistem pemikiran, atau kelas peristiwa yang ada saat ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa portal berita pmjnews.com belum sepenuhnya menerapkan kode etik jurnalistik pasal 3 asas praduga tidak bersalah khususnya berita tentang tawuran dalam kategori kriminal. Hal tersebut terlihat dari indikator berupa beberapa berita yang masih status hukum sebelum nama orang yang bersangkutan dan menggunakan kata pendukung praduga tidak bersalah. ENGLISH : In this modern era, journalism has developed rapidly, accessible to more people via the internet. This causes intense competition between the media in presenting accurate, reliable and always up-to-date information. This of course influences the application of the journalistic code of ethics in creating news content. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Journalistic Code of Ethics in the process of searching for and creating news by PMJNews journalists in article 3 and to determine the application of the principle of presumption of innocence in the process of searching for and creating news by PMJNews journalists in article 3. The theory used in this research is the Gatekeeper theory or commonly referred to as "Gate Keeper". The main task of the Gatekeeper is to limit the communication received by the communicant or recipient. Newspapers, magazines, and periodical editors are sometimes referred to as gatekeepers. Individuals sent to recipients can be selected, modified, or even rejected by the gatekeeper. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This method was chosen because it does not aim to test hypotheses or explain cause-and-effect relationships, but rather focuses on explaining the situations that occurred when the research was conducted. A descriptive approach is a way to examine the current status, condition, system of thought, or class of events. The results of this research show that the news portal pmjnews.com has not fully implemented the journalistic code of ethics, article 3, the principle of presumption of innocence, especially news about brawls in the criminal category. This can be seen from indicators in the form of several news stories which still have legal status before the name of the person concerned and using the words supporting the presumption of innocence. ARAB : في هذا العصر الحديث، تطورت الصحافة بسرعة، وأصبحت في متناول عدد أكبر من الناس عبر الإنترنت. وهذا يسبب منافسة شديدة بين وسائل الإعلام في تقديم معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة وحديثة دائمًا. وهذا بالطبع يؤثر على تطبيق قواعد أخلاقيات الصحافة في إنشاء المحتوى الإخباري. الهدف من هذا البحث هو تحديد مدى تطبيق ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة في عملية البحث عن الأخبار وصناعتها من قبل صحفيي PMJNews في المادة 3 وتحديد مدى تطبيق مبدأ قرينة البراءة في عملية البحث عن الأخبار وصناعتها. إنشاء الأخبار من قبل صحفيي PMJNews في المادة 3. النظرية المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي نظرية حارس البوابة أو يشار إليها عادة باسم "حارس البوابة". تتمثل المهمة الرئيسية لبرنامج Gatekeeper في تقييد الاتصالات التي يتلقاها المرسل أو المستلم. يُشار أحيانًا إلى الصحف والمجلات ومحرري الدوريات باسم حراس البوابة. يمكن اختيار الأفراد المرسلين إلى المستلمين أو تعديلهم أو حتى رفضهم بواسطة برنامج حماية البوابة. طريقة البحث المستخدمة هي الطريقة النوعية ذات المنهج الوصفي. وقد تم اختيار هذا الأسلوب لأنه لا يهدف إلى اختبار الفرضيات أو شرح علاقات السبب والنتيجة، بل يركز على شرح المواقف التي حدثت عند إجراء البحث. النهج الوصفي هو وسيلة لفحص الحالة الحالية أو الحالة أو نظام التفكير أو فئة الأحداث. وتظهر نتائج هذا البحث أن البوابة الإخباريةpmjnews.com لم تطبق بشكل كامل ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة، المادة 3، مبدأ قرينة البراءة، وخاصة الأخبار المتعلقة بالمشاجرات في الفئة الإجرامية. ويمكن ملاحظة ذلك من خلال المؤشرات على شكل العديد من القصص الإخبارية التي لا تزال تتمتع بالصفة القانونية أمام اسم الشخص المعني واستخدام الكلمات الداعمة لقرينة البراءة.
