Abstract

INDONESIA : Bayam Jepang merupakan sayuran hortikultura yang memiliki usia panen yang tergolong pendek dan memiliki harga jual yang berkali-kali lipat lebih tinggi daripada harga jual bayam lokal sehingga sangat menguntungkan untuk dibudidayakan. Namun produksi bayam Jepang di Indonesia belum maksimal karena memiliki daerah adaptasi yang terbatas hanya pada dataran tinggi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode produksi yang efisien agar dapat mengoptimalkan hasil panen. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi Pupuk Guano dan Pupuk NPK 16-16-16 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam Jepang (Spinacia oleracea L.) varietas Alrite. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023 yang bertempat di Desa Margamukti, Kecamatan Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial 2 Faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu takaran Pupuk Guano (G) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan (G1= 0 t ha-1, G2= 15 t ha-1, G3= 20 t ha-1, G4= 25 t ha-1) dan faktor kedua yaitu takaran Pupuk NPK 16-16-16 (N) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan (N0= 0 kg ha-1, N1= 300 kg ha-1, N2= 400 kg ha-1, N3= 500 kg ha-1) diperoleh taraf perlakuan sebanyak 16 taraf perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan sehingga didapat 48 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk guano pada dosis 20 ton ha-1 dan dosis NPK 16-16-16 400 kg ha-1 merupakan taraf yang optimum terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil pada tanaman bayam Jepang. ENGLISH : Japanese spinach is a horticultural vegetable that has a relatively short harvest time and has a selling price that is many times higher than the selling price of local spinach, making it very profitable to cultivate. However, Japanese spinach production in Indonesia has not been maximized because its adaptation area is limited to the highlands. Therefore, efficient production methods are needed in order to optimize harvest yields. One effort that can be done is by fertilizing. This research aims to determine the effect of the combination of Guano Fertilizer and NPK 16-16-16 Fertilizer on the growth and yield of Japanese spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) Alrite variety. This research was carried out from April to July 2023 at Margamukti Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. The method used was a 2-factor factorial randomized block design. The first factor, namely the dosage of Guano Fertilizer (G), consists of 4 treatment levels (G1= 0 t ha-1, G2= 15 t ha-1, G3= 20 t ha-1, G4= 25 t ha-1) and the second factor namely the dosage of NPK 16-16-16 (N) Fertilizer consisting of 4 treatment levels (N0= 0 kg ha-1, N1= 300 kg ha-1, N2= 400 kg ha-1, N3= 500 kg ha-1) 16 treatment levels were obtained with 3 repetitions to obtain 48 experimental units. The research results showed that applying guano fertilizer at a dose of 20 tons ha-1 and a dose of NPK 16-16-16 400 kg ha-1 was the optimum level for growth and yield in Japanese spinach plants.
