Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil dari tanaman kailan dalam beberapa kombinasi jenis dan dosis pemberian pupuk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Cipancar dengan ketinggian tempat ± 741 mdpl pada bulan Oktober 2021 hingga Desember 2021 dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri dari 6 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 5 ulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan adalah A : Kontrol (tanpa pupuk), B : Pupuk kandang kambing 213 g (100% dosis) 30 t. ha-1, C : Pupuk kandang kambing 159,75 g (75% dosis) 22,5 t. ha-1 + Pupuk NPK 125 kg. ha-1 (25% dosis anjuran) 0,88 g, D : Pupuk kandang kambing 106,5 g (50% dosis) 15 t. ha-1+ Pupuk NPK 250 kg. ha-1 (50% dosis anjuran) 1,77 g, E : Pupuk kandang kambing 53,25 g (25% dosis) 7,5 t. ha-1 + Pupuk NPK 375 kg. ha-1 (75% dosis anjuran) 2,49 g, F : Pupuk NPK 500 kg. ha-1 (100% dosis anjuran) 3,55 g. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar, bobot kering, dan nisbah pupus akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kombinasi pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi daun, jumlah daun, bobot segar, bobot kering serta nisbah pupus akar. Tidak terdapat kombinasi pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk NPK yang memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan. ENGLISH : This study aims to determine the growth and yield of kailan plants in several combinations of types and doses of fertilizer application. This research was conducted in Cipancar village with an altitude of ± 741 masl from October 2021 to December 2021 using a completely randomized design consisting of 6 treatment combinations with 5 replications. Each treatment was A: Control (without fertilizer), B: Goat manure 213 g (100% dose) 30 t. ha-1, C : Manure for goats 159.75 g (75% dose) 22.5 t. ha-1 + NPK Fertilizer 125 kg. ha-1 (25% recommended dose) 0.88 g, D : Goat manure 106.5 g (50% dose) 15 t. ha-1+ NPK Fertilizer 250 kg. ha-1 (50% recommended dose) 1.77 g, E : Goat manure 53.25 g (25% dose) 7.5 t. ha-1 + NPK Fertilizer 375 kg. ha-1 (75% recommended dose) 2.49 g, F : NPK Fertilizer 500 kg. ha-1 (100% recommended dose) 3.55 g. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight, dry weight, and root loss ratio. The results showed that the combination of goat manure and NPK fertilizer had no significant effect on the parameters of leaf height, number of leaves, fresh weight, dry weight and root decay ratio. There was no combination of goat manure and NPK fertilizer which had a significant effect on the growth and yield of kailan plants.
