Abstract
ENGLISH : Cancer is one of the deadly diseases that can occur in various types of organs and different depth positions, therefore the best treatment is needed to focus on cancer cells without damaging the surrounding healthy cells such as treatment with BNCT. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cancer cell material composition, to determine the effect of cross section, and to determine the relationship between energy and dose. The simulation method with PHITS and FLUKA software is used which results in that the composition has a significant influence on the alpha absorbed dose and the cross section data of Boron-10 which is getting bigger, the bigger the absorbed dose. In addition, the greater the energy used, the greater the absorbed dose because PHITS and FLUKA have optimum energy at 10 MeV with absorbed dose results of 1.952E-11 Gy/s and 1.98110E-14 Gy/s, respectively.
