Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian terdahulu mengungkap bahwa mahasiswa menghadapi berbagai kesulitan atas tugas perkembangan baru sebagai dewasa awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan kepuasan hidup mahasiswa dengan menjadikan atribusi optimistik dan flow experience sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Melalui teknik non-probability sampling, metode convenience sampling, sebanyak 210 mahasiswa program studi Psikologi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung terlibat sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan atribusi optimistik dan flow experience berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan hidup (sig.005 & sig.000 < .05) dengan nilai F = 102.659 (sig.000). Adapun kebaikan model memprediksi kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 51.7% (R square .517). ENGLISH : Previous research reveals that college students face various difficulties with new developmental tasks as early adults. This study aims to determine the state of student life satisfaction by using optimistic attribution and flow experience as independent variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Through non-probability sampling technique which is convenience sampling, 210 students of Psychology major of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung were involved as respondents. The results showed that optimistic attribution and flow experience affect life satisfaction (sig.005 & sig.000 < .05) with an F value = 102.659 (sig.000). The goodness of the model predicts an influence contribution of 51.7% (R square .517).
