Abstract

Guru honorer mempunyai peran dan tanggung jawab yang sama dengan guru yang lainnya dalam dunia pendidikan, yaitu tidak hanya mampu mentransfer ilmu kepada peserta didik namun harus mampu menjadi contoh individu yang berkarakter baik. Pemerintah memberikan penyetaraan melalui SK Inpassing, yang bertujuan untuk menyamaratakan hak dan kewajibannya. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak guru honorer tersebut yang menunjukan kinerja rendah, sehingga tidak mampu melaksanakan tugasnya dengan maksimal. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap kinerja guru honorer yang mendapatkan SK Inpassing di Madrasah Aliyah Lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dimana seluruh populasi yaitu 94 guru honorer yang mendapatkan SK Inpassing dijadikan sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari 2 skala, internal locus of control menggunakan skala dari Spector (1988) dan skala kinerja yang disusun berdasarkan pengukuran kinerja menurut T.R. Mitchell (1989). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif internal locus of control terhadap kinerja guru honorer yang mendapatkan SK Inpassing di Madrasah Aliyah Lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Serang. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 33,3%. Hononary teacher have the same roles and responsibilities as other teachers in education. not only able to transfer knowledge to the students but must be able to be an example of individuals who have good character. government provides equalization through SK Inpassing, which aims to generalize rights and obligations. But in reality there are still many honorary teachers who show low performance, so unable to carry out his duties maximally. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal locus of control on the performance of honorary teachers who get SK Inpassing in senior high school Environment of the District Religious Ministry Serang. the method used is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis. is a population study, the entire population is 94 hononary teachers who get sk inpassing sampled. data were collected by questionnaire, internal locus of control using scale from spector 1988. performance scale from TR Mitchell 1989. the result of this research is known that there is influence of internal locus of control on the performance of honorary teachers who get SK Inpassing in senior high school Environment of the District Religious Ministry Serang. with a determination coefficient of 33.3%.
