Abstract

INDONESIA : Studi ini menginvestigasi peran komunikasi lintas agama dalam membentuk harmoni di dalam Komunitas Jaringan Kerja Antar Umat Beragama (JAKATARUB) di Pesantren At-Tamur, Bandung. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana komunikasi lintas agama memfasilitasi proses harmonisasi di antara anggota JAKATARUB yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang keagamaan. Penelitian ini ini berfokus sekaligus bertujuan untuk menggambarkan; Pertama, strategi komunikasi komunitas JAKATARUB dalam menciptakan komunikasi harmoni, Kedua, pola komunikasi komunitas JAKATARUB dalam menciptakan komunikasi harmoni, dan Ketiga, jenis komunikasi komunitas JAKATARUB dalam menciptakan komunikasi harmoni. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post-positivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan fenomena tanpa melakukan manipulasi terhadap variabel. Fokusnya adalah menyajikan karakteristik suatu objek, kejadian, atau kelompok. Metode ini lebih lanjut diperinci sebagai deskriptif-kualitatif, yang menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen untuk mengeksplorasi permasalahan berdasarkan fakta. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi lintas agama dalam membentuk harmoni pada komunitas JAKATARUB dibangun melalui strategi, pola, dan jenis komunikasi. Strategi dialog interaktif dengan pendekatan inklusif dibangun oleh komunitas JAKATARUB digambarkan dengan; mendengarkan aktif, bertanya terbuka, refleksi, membangun kesadaran akan keanekaragaman, menerapkan aturan dan norma inklusif, penggunaan keterampilan emosional, menghargai pengalaman dan perspektif, penerapan rasa empati, dan adanya evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan demi mencapai tujuan harmoni dan pemahaman komunikasi lintas agama yang lebih baik. Pola komunikasi yang digunakan ialah mulai dari komunikasi intrapersonal yang sifatnya spesifik hingga lintas budaya yang luas untuk membangun harmoni dan pemahaman lintas agama. JAKATARUB mendorong komunikasi intrapersonal, interpersonal, kelompok, informal, horisontal, dan lintas buadaya dalam berbagai konteks. Terakhir, komunitas JAKATARUB memanfaatkan berbagai jenis komunikasi, baik verbal maupun non-verbal. JAKATARUB menggunakan komunikasi berdasarkan penyampaian, perilaku komunikatif, keberlangsungan, ruang lingkup, dan ajaran informasi untuk membangun pemahaman, harmoni, dan kerukunan lintas agama. ENGLISH : This study investigates the role of interreligious communication in forming harmony within the Jaringan Kerja Antar Umat Beragama (JAKATARUB) at Pesantren At-Tamur, Bandung. Through a descriptive approach, this research explores how interreligious communication facilitates the process of harmonization among JAKATARUB members from various religious backgrounds. This study focuses on and aims to describe: First, the communication strategies of the JAKATARUB community in creating harmonious communication; Second, the communication patterns of the JAKATARUB community in creating harmonious communication; and Third, the types of communication of the JAKATARUB community in creating harmonious communication. This research adopts a post-positivism paradigm with a qualitative approach and field research. The research method used is descriptive, aimed at describing phenomena without manipulating variables. The focus is on presenting the characteristics of an object, event, or group. This method is further detailed as descriptive-qualitative, utilizing observation, interviews, and document studies to explore issues based on facts. The study concludes that interfaith communication in forming harmony within JAKATARUB community is established through strategies, patterns, and types of communication.. The strategy of interactive dialogue with an inclusive approach, constructed by the JAKATARUB community, is depicted as follows: active listening, open questioning, reflection, building awareness of diversity, applying inclusive rules and norms, utilizing emotional skills, valuing experiences and perspectives, applying empathy, and continuous evaluation and improvement towards achieving the goal of harmony and better understanding of interfaith communication. The communication patterns employed range from specific intrapersonal communication to broad cross-cultural communication aimed at fostering harmony and interfaith understanding. JAKATARUB promotes intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, informal, horizontal, and cross-cultural communication in various contexts. Lastly, the JAKATARUB community utilizes various types of communication, both verbal and non-verbal, based on delivery,communicative behavior, sustainability, scope, and informational teachings to foster understanding, harmony, and interfaith coexistence. ARABIC: سبولوه يوسف:التواصل بين الأديان في تشكيل الانسجام في مجتمع شبكةالعمل بين الأديان(جاكاتاروب) (دراسة وصفية لمجتمع شبكة العمل بين الأديان في جاكاتاروب في مدرسة التمور الإسلامية الداخلية- باندونغ) تبحث هذه الدراسة في دور التواصل بين الأديان في تشكيل الانسجام داخل مجتمع شبكة العمل بين الأديان (JAKATARUB)في مدرسة التمورالإسلامية الداخلية,باندونغ.من خلال المنهج الوصفي,يستكشف هذا البحث كيف يسهل التواصل بين الأديان عملية التنسيق بين أعضاء جاكاتاروب الذين ينتمون إلي خلفيات دينية مختلفة.يركز هذا البحث ويهدف إلي وصف,أولا,استراتيجية التواصل لمجتمع جاكاتاروب في خلق تواصلمتناغم,ثانيا,نمط التواصل لمجتمع جاكاتاروب في خلق تواصل متناغم,وثالثا,نوع تواصل مجتمع جاكاتاروب في خلق تواصل متناغم. يستخدم هذا البحث نموذج ما بعد الوضعية مع نهج نوعي مع البحث الميداني.منهج البحث المستخدم هو المنهج الوصفي,الذي يهدف إلي وصف الظواهردون التلاعب بالمتغيرات.ينصب التركيز علي عرض خصائص كائن أو حدث أو مجموعة.يتم تفصيل هذه الطريقة بشكل أكبر باعتبارها وصفية نوعية,والتي تستخدم الملاحظة والمقابلات ودراسات الوثائق لاستكشاف المشكلات بناء علي الحقائق. ينتج هذا البحث وصفا للتواصل المتناغم الذي يتم بناؤه من خلال استراتيجيات وأنماط وأنواع الاتصال.تم توضيح استراتيجية الحوار التفاعلي ذات النهج الشامل الذي طوره مجتمع جاكاتاروب من خلال:الاستماع الفعال,والتساؤل المفتوح,والتفكير,وبناء الوعي بالتنوع,وتطبيق القواعد والمعايير الشاملة,واستخدام المهارات العاطفية,واحترام التجارب ووجهات النظر,وتطبيق الشعور بالتعاطف,والتقييم والتحسين المستمر لتحقيق هدف الانسجام والفهم الأفضل بين الأديان تواصل.تتراوح أنماط الاتصال المستخدمة من التواصل الشخصي المحدد إلي التواصل الواسع بين الثقافات لبناء الانسجام والتفاهم بين الأديان.يشجع جاكاتاروب التواصل بين الأشخاص,وبين الأفراد,والجماعي,وغير الرسمي,والأفقي,وعبر الثقافات في سياقات مختلفة. وأخيرا,يستخدم مجتمع جاكاتاروب أنواعا مختلفة من التواصل,سواء اللفظي أو غير اللفظي.يستخدم JAKATARUBالتواصل علي أساس التسليم والسلوك التواصلي والاستدامة والنطاق والتعاليم المعلوماتية لبناء التفاهم والانسجام والوئام بين الأديان. الكلمات المفتاحية:التواصل بين الأديان,التواصل المتناغم,استراتيجية الاتصال,أنماط الاتصال,أنواع الاتصال
