Abstract

INDONESIA: Keberadaan kepala Madrasah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala madrasah akan memberi dampak pada kinerja guru selaku bawahannya. Kinerja guru bisa meningkat dan berkembang tergantung bagaimana kepala madrasah memimpin dan memperlakukan guru sebagai bawahannya. Bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan instruksional kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta se-Kecamatan Cililin? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis gaya Kepemimpinan Instruksional kepala madrasah, Kinerja Guru, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di madrasah tsanawiyah swasta se-kecamatan cililin kabupaten bandung barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik yang dilaksanakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penyebaran angket melalui Google Form dengan partisipan sebanyak 87 guru . Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS Versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score), menunjukkan hasil temuan dengan skor kecenderungan umum variabel X (Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Madrasah) sebesar 4.46 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan skor kecenderungan umum variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru) sebesar 4.56 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.666, artinya terdapat hubungan kuat antara variabel X (Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Madrasah) dengan variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru). Adapun hasil uji signifikan diperoleh thitung 8.227 dan ttabel 1.988 jika dibandingkan maka t hitung > t tabel. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 44.3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan instruksional kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Se-Kecamatan Cililin Kabupaten Bandung Barat. ENGLISH: The existence of a Madrasah head is one component of education that plays a role in improving teacher performance. The leadership style applied by the madrasa head will have an impact on the performance of teachers as his subordinates. This research aims to describe and analyze the instructional leadership style of madrasah heads, teacher performance, and the influence of madrasah heads' instructional leadership on teacher performance in private Tsanawiyah madrasahs in Cililin sub-district, West Bandung district. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The technique implemented in this research was distributing questionnaires via Google Form with 87 teachers as participants. Calculation analysis in this research uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS Version 25.0 for Windows programs. The results of the WMS (Weight Means Score) calculation show the findings with a general trend score for variable Meanwhile, the general trend score for variable Y (Teaching Performance of Teachers) is 4.56, which is included in the very good category. The result of the correlation coefficient is 0.666, meaning that there is a strong relationship between variable X (Instructional Leadership of Madrasah Heads) and variable Y (Teaching Performance of Teachers). So that the significant test results obtained are tcount 8.227 and ttable 1.988. If compared, tcount > ttable. With a coefficient of determination test of 44.3%. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the instructional leadership of madrasah heads on the teaching performance of teachers in private Tsanawiyah Madrasahs in Cililin District, West Bandung Regency.
