Abstract
INDONESIA: Berkembangnya zaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang kompleks, pendidikan menjadi salah satu perubahan dalam hal ini kurikulum. Kurikulum yang diberlakukan saat ini adalah kurikulum merdeka belajar, yang memberikan keterlibatan dan kontrol pada siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan prinsip dasarnya menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan tanpa tekanan, merdeka belajar diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik siswa. Academic self-efficacy menjadi penting agar siswa mampu mengevaluasi apa yang harus dilakukan dalam mencapai keberhasilan akademic sesuai dengan keyakinan pada kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Academic self-efficacy dapat ditingkatkan melalui minat belajar dan dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh minat belajar dan dukungan sosial terhadap academic self-efficacy pada siswa MTs Al-Rohmah.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional bersifat prediktif dengan subjek perwakilan dari setiap tingkatan kelas pada siswa MTs Al-Rohmah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Analisis deskriptif menggambarkan data demografi siswa sedangkan analisis inferensial menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan positif sebesar 14.4% minat belajar dan dukungan sosial terhadap academic self-efficacy pada siswa MTs Al-Rohmah. Nilai kontribusi yang diberikan oleh minat belajar sebesar 0.087 atau 8.7% terhadap academic self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial memberikan nilai 0.057 atau 5.7% terhadap academic self-efficacy pada siswa MTs Al-Rohmah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat belajar dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap academic self-efficacy. ENGLISH: The development of the times and the complex needs of society, education is one of the changes in this case the curriculum. The current curriculum is the independent learning curriculum, which gives students involvement and control in the learning process. With its basic principle of creating a fun learning environment without pressure, independent learning is expected to increase students' academic self-efficacy. Academic self-efficacy is important so that students are able to evaluate what to do in achieving academic success according to their belief in their abilities. Academic self-efficacy can be improved through interest in learning and social support. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of interest in learning and social support on academic self-efficacy in MTs Al-Rohmah students.This research is a quantitative study with a predictive correlational design with representative subjects from each grade level at MTs Al-Rohmah students. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis describes student demographic data while inferential analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The results showed a positive significant effect of 14.4% learning interest and social support on academic self-efficacy in MTs Al-Rohmah students. The contribution value given by learning interest is 0.087 or 8.7% to academic self-efficacy and social support provides a value of 0.057 or 5.7% to academic self-efficacy in MTs Al-Rohmah students. It can be concluded that interest in learning and social support have a positive and significant effect on academic self-efficacy.
