Abstract

In the past five years, the levy of Kuningan Regency never hit the target while the levy has an important role in the original income area. A further proportion of fewer capital expenditures compared with operational expenditures. The research aims to test empirically the influence of public service levy, levy's services business, and certain licensing retribution towards capital expenditures. This research consists of two variables, namely, a levy on the area as the independent variable by using the indicators of Value For Money (effectiveness, efficiency and economical) and capital expenditures as the dependent variable using the indicators according to Abdul Halim namely (1) the proper quality (2) the right amount (3) timely (4) the right target (5) exactly the right price. This research is quantitative approach with causal research, while based on the level of eksplanation this study including the study of associative. The population of the research was the entire employee of Agency Financial Management and Regional Assets. The sample used in this study is the saturated sample or census. Analysis technique used is correlation of rank spearman. Based on data analysis, influential public service levy significantly to capital expenditures by spearman rank correlation of 0, 430, the value t calculate 3.596. The dimensions of the influential business services levy significantly to capital expenditures by spearman rank correlation of 0.685, value t calculate 7.009. Licensing of certain influential levy significantly to capital expenditures by spearman rank correlation of 0.571, value t calculate 5.251. The variable levies of influential areas significantly to capital expenditures by spearman rank correlation of 0.776, value t calculate 9.289.
