Abstract

Perempuan Muslim, melalui partisipasi aktif dalam organisasi keagamaan, dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun moderasi beragama di lingkungan masyarakat Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan moderasi beragama menurut Fatayat NU dan penguatan serta fungsi moderasi beragama menurut Fatayat NU Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilihan informan melalui teknik porposive dimana informan merupakan orang yang paling mengerti dan paham permasalahan. Tahap pengumpulan data melalui observasi mendalam dan studi literature. Dengan konsep AGIL (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency) dari Talcott Parson yang menjadi tolak ukur penguatan moderasi beragama melalui fungsi struktural Fatayat NU Jawa Barat. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa Fatayat NU Jawa Barat menerapkan moderasi beragama seperti memberikan fondasi yang kokoh bagi terciptanya masyarakat yang inklusif, di mana setiap individu dihargai dan saling menghormati, serta mempromosikan perdamaian dan keharmonisan antara umat beragama. Moderasi beragama pada Fatayat NU Jawa Barat menitikberatkan pada visi misi yang implementasikan menjadi langkah-langkah konkrit bahwa dakwah harus selalu harmonis dan damai. Wujud dari moderasi beragama yang di internalisasikan oleh Fatayat NU yaitu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai toleransi untuk memperkuat harmoni sosial, mempromosikan dialog antaragama, dan mencegah konflik yang berbasis pada perbedaan keyakinan Berkaitan dengan dampak dan fungsi moderasi beragama dalam Fatayat NU Jawa Barat terdiri dari dampak pada pengurus dan pada masyarakat. Dampak pada pengurus terdapat dua aspek yaitu material dan imaterial sedangkan dampak pada masyarakat memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya toleransi, saling menghormati serta pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pentingnya moderasi beragama. Teori tindakan sosial Talcott Parsons terhadap fungsi struktural Fatayat NU dalam penguatan moderasi beragama diantaranya: (1) Adaptasi yang dilakukan melalui pendekatan pendidikan dan sosialisasi, di mana Fatayat NU aktif menggelar program-program edukasi dan kegiatan sosial untuk menyebarkan ajaran Islam yang moderat. (2) Pencapaian tujuan organisasi Fatayat NU dalam melaksanakan moderasi beragama di Jawa Barat melalui program edukasi dan sosialisasi serta aktif dalam melaksanakan kolaborasi dengan stakeholder lain. (3) Fatayat NU mengintegrasikan konsep moderasi beragama dalam program-program kemanusiaan, kepedulian sosial, Pendidikan, Komunikasi, dan advokasi. (4) Fatayat NU berperan sebagai penggerak utama dalam menyebarkan pemahaman Islam yang moderat di kalangan masyarakat dengan harmonis dan toleran sehingga menghasilkan stabilitas struktur masyarakat. ENGLISH: Muslim women, through active participation in religious organizations, can become agents of change who contribute significantly to building religious moderation in West Java society. This research aims to explain religious moderation according to the NU Fatayat and the strengthening and function of religious moderation according to the West Java NU Fatayat. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with the selection of informants using a proportional technique where the informant is the person who best understands and understands the problem. The data collection stage is through in-depth observation and literature study. With the AGIL concept (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency) from Talcott Parson which is a benchmark for strengthening religious moderation through the structural function of Fatayat NU West Java. From the results of this research, Fatayat NU West Java implements religious moderation, such as providing a solid foundation for the creation of an inclusive society, where each individual is respected and respected, as well as promoting peace and harmony between religious communities. Religious moderation in the West Java NU Fatayat focuses on the vision and mission which is implemented into concrete steps that preaching must always be harmonious and peaceful. The manifestation of religious moderation internalized by Fatayat NU is internalizing the values of tolerance to strengthen social harmony, promote inter-religious dialogue, and prevent conflicts based on differences in beliefs. In connection with the impact and function of religious moderation in Fatayat NU West Java, it consists of the impact on the management and to society. There are two aspects to the management, namely material and immaterial, while the impact on society provides an understanding of the importance of tolerance, mutual respect and a deep understanding of the importance of religious moderation. Talcott Parsons' theory of social action regarding the structural function of Fatayat NU in strengthening religious moderation includes: (1) Adaptation carried out through an educational and socialization approach, where Fatayat NU actively holds educational programs and social activities to spread moderate Islamic teachings. (2) Achieving the goals of the Fatayat NU organization in implementing religious moderation in West Java through education and outreach programs as well as actively implementing collaboration with other stakeholders. (3) Fatayat NU integrates the concept of religious moderation in humanitarian, social care, education, communication and advocacy programs. (4) Fatayat NU plays a role as the main driver in spreading a moderate understanding of Islam among society in a harmonious and tolerant manner, thereby producing stability in the structure of society.
