Abstract
In Bandung currently many land and land use are not utilized so that there is a decline in productive land, swamp land in Bandung mostly because of the basins caused by cleaning the weeds and then the garbage in the pile around the land. High rain water intesitasnya and accommodated in the basin makes the soil eroded so that the texture of sand carried by water, as a result left behind the texture of dust and clay. swamp land can be used as a source of water during drought or dry season its way that is by making irrigation and drainage, irrigation is intended to meet the needs of water plants while drainage to make water smoothly out of the swampland.
