Abstract
Indonesia : SMK adalah jenis pendidikan vokasi yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa langsung masuk ke dunia kerja dengan memberikan keterampilan praktis yang sesuai dengan bidang keahlian tertentu. Kecemasan akademik adalah perasaan ketidaknyamanan yang bisa dirasakan siswa dalam situasi akademik dan dapat mengganggu kemampuan mereka untuk berpikir dan berprestasi dengan baik selama proses belajar. Beban tugas dan belajar yang berat di SMK dapat menyebabkan siswa mengalami kecemasan akademik karena tekanan yang mereka hadapi dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan memenuhi tuntutan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga diri terhadap kecemasan akademik dan peran dukungan sosial terhadap sebagai moderator. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 200 orang siswa SMK Bhakti Kencana Soreang. dengan menggunakan simple random sampling sebagai teknik sampling dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Variabel harga diri diukur dengan Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES), kecemasan akademik dengan Academic Anxiety Scale (AAS), dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan Student Academic Support Scale (SASS). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif antara harga diri dan kecemasan akademik sebesar 51,5% dan variabel dukungan sosial teman sebaya secara signifikan berperan sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara harga diri terhadap kecemasan akademik dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.0306. English : Vocational senior high school is a type of vocational education that aims to prepare students to enter the world of work directly by providing practical skills in accordance with certain areas of expertise. Academic anxiety is a feeling of discomfort that students can feel in academic situations and can interfere with their ability to think and perform well during the learning process. The heavy workload and study load in vocational schools can cause students to experience academic anxiety because of the pressure they face in completing assignments and meeting academic demands. This research aims to determine the influence of self-esteem on academic anxiety and the role of social support as a moderator. The research method uses a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The sample for this research was 200 students at SMK Bhakti Kencana Soreang. using simple random sampling as a sampling technique and collecting data through questionnaires. Self-esteem variables were measured with the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES), academic anxiety with the Academic Anxiety Scale (AAS), and peer social support with the Student Academic Support Scale (SASS). The results of this study show that there is a negative correlation between self-esteem and academic anxiety of 51.5% and the peer social support variable significantly acts as a moderator in the relationship between self-esteem and academic anxiety with a p-value of 0.0306.
