Abstract
ENGLISH : Technological advancements have influenced various aspects of life, including education, which demands innovation to enhance the quality of learning evaluations. One such innovation is the development of mathematics problems based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) with the assistance of iSpring Suite 11, focused on polynomial material for 11th-grade students. This research was motivated by the lack of technology utilization in the creation of mathematics problems that can sharpen students' higher-order thinking skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The aim of this research is to develop a problem instrument that is valid, reliable, and practical for use in the mathematics learning process. Data were obtained from the instrument trials on students, as well as validation by subject and media experts. The results showed that the developed problem instrument has high validity and reliability and is considered practical and engaging by students. Therefore, this problem instrument is suitable for application in mathematics learning in the classroom to enhance student engagement and their critical thinking skills.
