Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen kurikulum integrasi berbasis karakter religius di SMP Ma’arif Bandung dan dampaknya dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan siswa. SMP Ma’arif Bandung merupakan sekolah umum berbasis pesantren yang mengintegrasikan kurikulum nasional dengan kurikulum pondok pesantren, serta mengedepankan lima pilar utama yaitu Al-Qur’an, karakter, bahasa, seni dan sains, serta kemandirian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum integrasi berbasis karakter religius di SMP Ma’arif Bandung melibatkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang terstruktur. Kurikulum yang diterapkan menggunakan kurikulum diknas dan kurikulum pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hasil : 1) Perencanaan kurikulum untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan di SMP Ma’arif Bandung dilakukan oleh tim perencanaan kurikulum yang bertugas untuk membuat perencanaan pembelajaran integrasi antara kurikulum diknas dan kurikulum pondok. Perencanaan kurikulum direncanakan pada akhir semester genap atau akhir tahun, adapun yang hadir dalam rapat penyusunan kurikulum tersebut yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum sekolah, waka kesiswaan, dan guru. 2) Pengorganisasian isi kurikulum SMP Ma’arif Bandung mengintegrasikan kurikulum sekolah dan kurikulum pondok, dan secara kelembagaan SMP Ma’arif juga mengintegrasikan lembaga sekolah dengan lembaga pondok karena bertempat pada lokasi yang sama dan seluruh kegiatan yang diajarkan di kelas mampu didukung oleh kegiatan dan suasana yang ada di pondok sehingga pendidikan yang diberikan kepada siswa akan menghasilkan mutu yang lebih baik. 3) Pelaksanaan kurikulum Integrasi SMP Ma’arif Bandung meliputi program kegiatan tahunan, program kegiatan semester, program kegiatan mingguan, dan semua program kegiatan sekolah dan pesantren. Dalam kurikulum integrasi ini, semua program kegiatan sekolah dan pesantren diintegrasikan dengan cara yang terpadu dan saling terkait, sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang beragam dan seimbang. Guru-guru di SMP Ma’arif Bandung telah membuat rencana pembelajaran yang diimplementasikan pada semester kedua atau akhir tahun. 4) Evaluasi kurikulum merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di SMP Ma’arif Bandung. Evaluasi dapat dilakukan dalam tiga aspek utama, yaitu evaluasi konteks, evaluasi input dan evaluasi output. Selain itu, penting juga untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap guru dan supervisi pembelajaran di kelas. ENGLISH: This study aims to explore the management of religious character-based integration curriculum at SMP Ma'arif Bandung and its impact on improving the quality of student graduates. SMP Ma'arif Bandung is a public school based on Islamic boarding schools that integrates the national curriculum with the Islamic boarding school curriculum, and prioritizes five main pillars, namely the Qur'an, character, language, art and science, and independence. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively with the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that the management of religious character-based integration curriculum at SMP Ma'arif Bandung involves structured planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The curriculum implemented uses the national education curriculum and the Islamic boarding school curriculum. This study concludes that there are results: 1) Curriculum planning to improve the quality of graduates at SMP Ma'arif Bandung is carried out by a curriculum planning team tasked with making integrated learning plans between the national education curriculum and the boarding school curriculum. Curriculum planning is planned at the end of the even semester or the end of the year, those present at the curriculum preparation meeting are the principal, the vice principal of the school curriculum, the vice principal of student affairs, and teachers. 2) The organization of the contents of the SMP Ma'arif Bandung curriculum integrates the school curriculum and the boarding school curriculum, and institutionally SMP Ma'arif also integrates the school institution with the boarding school institution because it is located in the same location and all activities taught in class can be supported by the activities and atmosphere in the boarding school so that the education provided to students will produce better quality. 3) The implementation of the SMP Ma'arif Bandung Integration curriculum includes annual activity programs, semester activity programs, weekly activity programs, and all school and boarding school activity programs. In this integration curriculum, all school and boarding school activity programs are integrated in an integrated and interrelated way, so that students can obtain diverse and balanced knowledge and skills. Teachers at SMP Ma’arif Bandung have created a learning plan that is implemented in the second semester or the end of the year. 4) Curriculum evaluation is an important step in improving the quality of graduates at SMP Ma’arif Bandung. Evaluation can be done in three main aspects, namely context evaluation, input evaluation and output evaluation. In addition, it is also important to evaluate teachers and supervision of learning in the classroom.
