Abstract
INDONESIA : Kurikulum Merdeka masih relatif baru di Indonesia, jika siswa tidak mampu mengatasi tantangan yang mucul dalam kurikulum merdeka maka kemungkinan akan mengalami hambatan seperti munculnya fenomena stress akademik pada siswa.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap stres akademik siswa dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMA X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausalitas prediktif dengan stratified random sampling. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 281 siswa SMA X, stres akademik diukur dengan ESSA (Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents), efikasi diri diukur dengan General Self-Efficacy Scale dan dukungan sosial diukur dengan MSPSS (Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap stress akademik siswa dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMA X sebesar 63,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. ENGLISH : The Merdeka Curriculum is still relatively new in Indonesia. If students are unable to cope with the challenges arising from this curriculum, they may experience obstacles such as the phenomenon of academic stress. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of self-efficacy and social support on students' academic stress in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA X. The research method used is predictive causality with stratified random sampling. The subjects of this study comprised 281 students from SMA X. Academic stress was measured using the Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA), self-efficacy was measured with the General Self-Efficacy Scale, and social support was measured using the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of self-efficacy and social support on students' academic stress in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA X, amounting to 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other factors not investigated in this study.
