Abstract

INDONESIA : Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah akan memberikan pengaruh positif pada hubungan antara pimpinan dan bawahan. Dengan konsep kepemimpinan , cara dan irama seseorang pemimpin dalam menghadapi bawahan dan masyarakatnya dengan memakai metode pembagian tugas dengan bawahan, antar bawahan tugas tersebut dibagi secara adil dan merata serta dengan memberikan bimbingan secara mendalam pada bawahannya. Kinerja guru juga berperan penting dalam memotivasi guru untuk mencapai target kinerja yang ditetapkan. Kedua hal ini merupakan tantangan besar bagi madrasah aliyah negeri untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peran madrasah aliyah negeri sebagai acuan keberhasilan bagi madrasah aliyah swasta yang sebagian besar memiliki keterbatasan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap mutu pembelajaran, untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk variabel kepemimpinan kepala madrasah menurut Kartono 1) Kemampuan mengambil keputusan 2) Kemampuan memotivasi 3) Kemampuan komunikasi 4) kemampuan mengendalikan bawahan 5) Tanggung jawab 6) Kemampuan mengendalikan emosi Variabel kinerja guru menurut yang diukur melalui 1) Perencaanaan 2) Pelaksanaan 3) Hubungan antar pribadi 4) Penilaian Hasil Belajar Melalui bantuan aplikasi SPSS V.26 data dianalisis melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Selanjutnya data dianalisi melalui analaisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah (X1) terhadap mutu pembelajaran (Y) sebesar 0,633 atau 63,3% 2) Terdapat pengaruh kinerja guru (X2) terhadap mutu pembelajaran (Y) sebesar 0,787 atau 78,7% 3) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran sebesar 0,575 atau 57,5% ENGLISH : Democratic leadership of madrasah principals will have a positive influence on the relationship between leaders and subordinates. With the concept of democratic leadership, the way and rhythm of a leader in dealing with subordinates and the community by using the method of dividing tasks with subordinates, between subordinates the tasks are divided fairly and evenly and by providing in-depth guidance to their subordinates. Teacher performance also plays an important role in motivating teachers to achieve the set performance targets. These two things are major challenges for state Islamic senior high schools to improve the quality of learning. This is due to the role of state Islamic senior high schools as a reference for success for private Islamic senior high schools, most of which have limitations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of democratic leadership of madrasah principals on the quality of learning, to analyze the influence of teacher performance on the quality of learning and to analyze the influence of democratic leadership of madrasah principals and teacher performance on the quality of learning. The theory used in this study for the democratic leadership variables of the madrasah principal according to Kartono 1) Decision-making ability 2) Motivating ability 3) Communication ability 4) Ability to control subordinates 5) Responsibility 6) Ability to control emotions Teacher performance variables according to those measured through 1) Planning 2) Implementation 3) Interpersonal relationships 4) Assessment of Learning Outcomes Through the help of the SPSS v.26 application, data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests including normality tests and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests using the t-test and F-test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through determination coefficient analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is an influence of the democratic leadership of the madrasah principal (X1) on the quality of learning (Y) of 0.633 or 63.3% 2) There is an influence of teacher performance (X2) on the quality of learning (Y) of 0.787 or 78.7% 3) There is an influence of the democratic leadership of the madrasah principal and teacher performance on the quality of learning of 0.575 or 57.5% سيكون للقيادة الديمقراطية لرئيس المدرسة تأثير إيجابي على العلاقة بين القادة والمرؤوسين. مع مفهوم القيادة الديمقراطية فإن طريقة وإيقاع القائد في تعامله مع مرؤوسيه والمجتمع يكون باستخدام أسلوب تقسيم المهام مع المرؤوسين، بين المرؤوسين يتم تقسيم المهام بشكل عادل ومتساوي ومن خلال تقديم توجيهات متعمقة لمرؤوسيه. المرؤوسين. ويلعب أداء المعلم أيضًا دورًا مهمًا في تحفيز المعلمين لتحقيق أهداف الأداء المحددة. يمثل هذان الأمران تحديًا كبيرًا للمدارس الحكومية العليا لتحسين جودة التعلم. ويرجع ذلك إلى دور المدارس الحكومية العالية كمرجع لنجاح المدارس العالية الخاصة، والتي يكون معظمها محدودًا. الهدف من هذا البحث هو تحليل تأثير القيادة الديمقراطية لمدير المدرسة على جودة التعلم، وتحليل تأثير أداء المعلم على جودة التعلم وتحليل تأثير القيادة الديمقراطية لمدير المدرسة و أداء المعلم في جودة التعلم . النظرية المستخدمة في هذا البحث لمتغير القيادة الديمقراطية لرؤساء المدارس حسب كارتونو هي 1) القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات 2) القدرة على التحفيز 3) القدرة على التواصل 4) القدرة على السيطرة على المرؤوسين 5) المسؤولية 6) القدرة على التحكم في الانفعالات أداء المعلم المتغيرات التي يتم قياسها بواسطة 1) التخطيط 2) التنفيذ 3) العلاقات الشخصية 4) تقييم نتائج التعلم وبمساعدة تطبيق SPSS v.26، تم تحليل البيانات من خلال اختبارات الصلاحية والثبات، واختبارات الافتراض الكلاسيكية بما في ذلك اختبارات الحالة الطبيعية واختبارات التجانس، وكذلك اختبارات الفرضيات باستخدام اختبار t واختبار F. وبعد ذلك، تم تحليل البيانات من خلال تحليل معامل التحديد. أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث أن 1) هناك تأثير للقيادة الديمقراطية لمدير المدرسة (X1) على جودة التعلم (Y) بنسبة 0.633 أو 63.3% 2) هناك تأثير لأداء المعلم (X2) على جودة التعلم (Y) بنسبة 0.633 أو 63.3%. جودة التعلم (Y) بنسبة 0.787 أو 78.7٪ 3) هناك تأثير للقيادة الديمقراطية لرئيس المدرسة وأداء المعلم على جودة التعلم بنسبة 0.575 أو 57.
