Abstract
INDONESIA: Pendidikan merupakan kunci dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, banyak lembaga mengembangkan program unggulan sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik dan harapan orang tua. SD Unggulan Muhammadiyah Patrol Indramayu pun memiliki program seperti tahfidz metode Ummi, Mukhoyam Qur'an, dan LDK. Namun, muncul tantangan baru dari sekolah lain yang menawarkan konsep serupa. Perbedaan hasil pada program tahfidz juga menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang efektivitas program yang ada. Karena itu, mengukur kepuasan orang tua menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui program unggulan pendidikan yang diterapkan di SDUM Patrol Indramayu. 2) menjelaskan kepuasan orang tua terhadap program unggulan yang diterapkan di SDUM Patrol Indramayu. 3) menganalisis pengaruh program unggulan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan orang tua di SDUM Patrol Indramayu. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan untuk menguji pengaruh antara program unggulan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan orang tua di SD Unggulan Muhammadiyah (SDUM) Patrol Indramayu. Hipotesis nol (H₀) menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh program unggulan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan orang tua. Sebaliknya, hipotesis alternatif (Hₐ) menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh program unggulan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan orang tua. Pengujian hipotesis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan implementasi program unggulan mampu memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan orang tua sebagai konsumen layanan pendidikan di sekolah dasar tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode uji pengaruh serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan model skala likert yang terdiri dari empat jawaban pilihan kepada 172 responden. Selain itu didukung juga oleh dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrumen (validitas dan reliabilitas), analisis dskriptif (uji analisis per indikator), uji prasayarat (uji normalitas), serta analisis regresi linear sederhana (uji koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program unggulan pendidikan di SD Unggulan Muhammadiyah Patrol Indramayu cukup selaras dengan harapan orang tua, khususnya pada aspek fokus terhadap konsumen. Namun, tingkat kepuasan orang tua masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam hal kualitas pelayanan. Pengaruh program unggulan terhadap kepuasan orang tua juga tergolong rendah, yaitu 31,9% sehingga diperlukan upaya perbaikan yang terfokus pada kebutuhan siswa dan orang tua serta peningkatan mutu layanan agar program berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Education is the key to developing human resources. To improve service quality, many institutions have developed special programs tailored to students' needs and parents' expectations. SD Unggulan Muhammadiyah (SDUM) Patrol Indramayu has implemented such programs, including Tahfidz with the Ummi method, Mukhoyam Qur'an, and Leadership Basic Training (LDK). However, new challenges have emerged from other schools offering similar concepts. Differences in the outcomes of the tahfidz program have also raised questions about the effectiveness of the implemented programs. Therefore, measuring parental satisfaction is a strategic step to enhance the school’s quality and competitiveness. ENGLISH: This study aims to: (1) identify the special educational programs implemented at SDUM Patrol Indramayu; (2) assess parental satisfaction with the programs; and (3) analyze the influence of these special programs on parental satisfaction. The hypothesis in this study is formulated to test the influence of special educational programs on parental satisfaction at SDUM Patrol Indramayu. The null hypothesis (H₀) states that there is no influence of the special programs on parental satisfaction, while the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) states that there is an influence. This hypothesis testing aims to determine to what extent the success of program implementation meets the expectations and needs of parents as consumers of educational services at the primary level. This is a quantitative study using an influence-testing method and data collection through a Likert-scale questionnaire with four response options, distributed to 172 respondents. The data were also supported by documentation. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis (indicator analysis), prerequisite testing (normality test), and simple linear regression analysis (coefficient of determination test). The results show that the featured educational programs at SD Unggulan Muhammadiyah Patrol Indramayu are fairly aligned with parents’ expectations, especially in terms of consumer focus. However, parents’ satisfaction still needs improvement, particularly in the quality of service. The influence of the programs on parents’ satisfaction is considered low, at 31.9%, indicating the need for improvement focused on the needs of students and parents as well as enhancing service quality, so the programs can be implemented more effectively and sustainably.
