Abstract

INDONESIA Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya capaian kerja pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Bandung, tindakan kurang disiplin pegawai, dan kurangnya perhatian pimpinan terhadap bawahan yang mengakibatkan kurangnya koordinasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai apa-apa diterapkan di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif sehingga digunakan semente penelitian kuantitatif transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yang dimana seluruh pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Bandung menjadi responden sebanyak 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data, dapat menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi liner secrothana, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan hypothesis test. The theory ini digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menyusun rumusan teori dari Bahar Agus yang mengemukakan empat dimensi transformasional leadership yaitu inspirasi, motivasi, intellectual stimulation, dan individual consideration. Namun teori untuk worker’s performance uses Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara who explained workers dimension which are quality and quantity. The result shows the value of counted determination coefficient is 79,8% which included in high level influence criteria. From the conclusion, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang tinggi dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Bandung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya 20.2% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan dari analisis data di atas, terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifkan dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Bandung. This study is based on lack of workers goals National Unity And Community Empowerment Bandung discipline, and carelessness from the chiefs to their worker which causes lack of coordination. This study aims to understand how much the influence of transformational leadership towards worker performance in National Unity And Community Empowerment Bandung. The method in this research is quantitative with associative approach as a hypothesis on transformational leadership towards worker's performance in National Unity And Community Empowerment Bandung. The sample which is used in this research is non-probability sampling which all the 52 workers are the respondents. The techniques on collecting the data is through library study, observation, and questionnaire. In analyzing, the research uses linear scatter, validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, double linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. The theory in this research uses the theory from Bahar Agus who explained four dimensions of transformational leadership which are ideal influence, inspiration motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. However the theory for worker’s performance uses Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara who explained workers dimension which are quality and quantity. The result shows the value of coefficient determination is 79.8% which included in high level influence criteria. So, the The conclusion from the data analysis above, there is positive influence and significant from transformational leadership towards worker's performance in National Unity And Community Empowerment Bandung.
