Abstract
INDONESIA: Program pemberian penghargaan kepada karyawan merupakan salah satu cara perusahaan untuk menunjukkan apresiasi atas kontribusi dan loyalitas mereka. Program penghargaan menjadi strategi penting dalam membangun hubungan yang baik antara perusahaan dan karyawan. JNE sebagai perusahaan jasa pengiriman memiliki program bernama JNE Recognation yang bertujuan memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang loyal, tidak hanya secara administratif tetapi juga melalui pendekatan nilai spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Employee Relations Management diterapkan dalam program JNE Recognation, serta bagaimana program ini berkontribusi dalam membangun loyalitas karyawan. Fokus penelitian mencakup proses pelaksanaan program, penetapan kriteria penerima, dan bentuk implementasi penghargaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivistik dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, melalui metode wawancara mendalam terhadap informan terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, program JNE Recognation diimplementasikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi berbasis nilai spiritual melalui penghargaan ibadah umroh, didukung komunikasi dua arah dan pelaksanaan yang sesuai dengan SOP serta visi misi perusahaan; Kedua, Kriteria penerima ditentukan berdasarkan masa kerja, integritas, dan status kedisiplinan, dengan penilaian objektif oleh Divisi Human Capital melalui pembaruan data dan sistem performance appraisal berkala; Ketiga, Pelaksanaan program disesuaikan dengan karakteristik karyawan, dijalankan secara terstruktur dari pusat hingga cabang, serta dievaluasi secara berkala melalui survei dan umpan balik sebagai dasar pengembangan program. ENGLISH: Award programs for employees are one of the ways companies express appreciation for their contributions and loyalty. Such programs are an important strategy in fostering strong relationships between companies and employees. JNE, as a logistics service company, has a program called JNE Recognation that aims to reward loyal employees, not only administratively but also through a spiritual values-based approach. This study aims to examine how Employee Relations Management is implemented in the JNE Recognation program, as well as how this program contributes to building employee loyalty. The research focuses on the program implementation process, the determination of recipient criteria, and the forms of recognation provided. This study adopts a constructivist paradigm with a descriptive qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews with selected informants. The findings indicate that: first, the JNE Recognation program is implemented as a form of appreciation based on spiritual values through the reward of an Umrah pilgrimage, supported by two-way communication and execution in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the company’s vision and mission; second, the recipient criteria are determined based on length of service, integrity, and disciplinary status, with objective assessments conducted by the Human Capital Division through regular data updates and a periodic performance appraisal system; third, the implementation of the program is tailored to employee characteristics, carried out in a structured manner from headquarters to branches, and evaluated regularly through surveys and feedback as a basis for program development.
