Abstract
INDONESIA : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan psychological well-being pada pembina Pondok Pesantren X. Pembina memiliki peran penting dalam pembinaan santri, namun menghadapi tuntutan kerja dan tekanan psikologis yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi interpretatif. Subjek penelitian adalah pembina Pondok Pesantren X yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis pembina tercermin melalui penerimaan diri, hubungan sosial yang suportif, tujuan hidup berbasis pengabdian, pertumbuhan pribadi, serta kemampuan mengelola lingkungan pesantren. Spiritualitas Islam dan dukungan sosial menjadi faktor utama dalam menjaga keseimbangan psikologis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa psychological well-being pembina terbentuk melalui integrasi aspek psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual dalam kehidupan pesantren. INGGRIS: This study aims to describe the psychological well-being of caregivers at Islamic Boarding School X. Caregivers play a vital role in mentoring students while facing complex work demands and psychological pressures. This research employed a qualitative approach with an interpretative phenomenological design. Participants were caregivers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The findings reveal that caregivers’ psychological well-being is reflected in self-acceptance, supportive social relationships, devotion-based life purpose, personal growth, and environmental mastery. Islamic spirituality and social support are key factors in maintaining psychological balance. This study concludes that caregivers’ psychological well being is shaped through the integration of psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions within the boarding school context.
