Abstract
INDONESIA: Masalah utama yang ditemukan adalah belum mampunya sebagian siswa dalam berkegiatan sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) mitra industri, yang bersumber dari keterbatasan pedoman pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) yang kurang merinci serta minimnya kesiapan operasional pra-PKL. Di SMK PGRI Bandung, kepatuhan terhadap prosedur baku merupakan faktor krusial bagi kelancaran kerja siswa dan pencapaian kompetensi vokasional yang optimal. Namun, dalam praktiknya, keberhasilan pelaksanaan program ini masih dibatasi oleh faktor eksternal di luar pengawasan sekolah, seperti variasi gaya kepemimpinan mentor industri dan kualitas sarana prasarana pendukung Teaching Factory (Tefa). Tujuan penelitian: (1) mengungkap tingkat penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) PKL oleh peserta didik kelas XII SMK PGRI Bandung, (2) menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) pada peserta didik kelas XII SMK PGRI Bandung, dan (3) membuktikan hubungan antara penerapan SOP PKL dengan efektivitas pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas peserta didik kelas XII SMK PGRI Bandung yang dipilih secara representatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner), sedangkan teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif per indikator, uji prasyarat analisis (normalitas dan linearitas), serta uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP PKL oleh siswa berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,19, di mana indikator konsistensi memperoleh pencapaian tertinggi (4,36). Sementara itu, efektivitas pelaksanaan PKL juga berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 3,96, didukung kuat oleh indikator pemahaman program yang mencapai nilai tertinggi (4,22). Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan, sangat kuat, dan searah antara kedua variabel. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,690 menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP memberikan kontribusi atau pengaruh sebesar 69% terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan PKL siswa, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. English : The primary issue identified in this study is the inability of some students to operate in accordance with the partner industries' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This stems from the limitations of the field work practice (PKL) implementation guidelines, which lack detail, as well as a lack of pre-PKL operational readiness. At SMK PGRI Bandung, compliance with standard procedures is a crucial factor for ensuring smooth student workflows and achieving optimal vocational competence. However, in practice, the success of this program is still limited by external factors beyond the school's supervision, such as variations in industry mentors' leadership styles and the quality of supporting Teaching Factory (Tefa) infrastructure. This study aims to: (1) uncover the level of PKL Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation among grade XII students at SMK PGRI Bandung, (2) demonstrate the level of effectiveness of the PKL implementation among grade XII students at SMK PGRI Bandung, and (3) prove the relationship between the implementation of PKL SOPs and the effectiveness of PKL execution. This study employed a quantitative correlational approach. The research sample consisted of a representative selection of grade XII students at SMK PGRI Bandung. Data collection techniques utilized questionnaires, while data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis per indicator, analysis prerequisite tests (normality and linearity), as well as the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of PKL SOPs by students was in the high category, with an average score of 4.19, where the consistency indicator achieved the highest score (4.36). Meanwhile, the effectiveness of PKL implementation was also in the high category, with an average score of 3.96, strongly supported by the program understanding indicator, which reached the highest score (4.22). The correlation analysis results showed a significant, very strong, and positive relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination of 0.690 indicated that the implementation of SOPs contributed to or influenced 69% of the effectiveness of the students' PKL execution, while the remaining 31% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this research model.
