Abstract

Career training and development has an important role to improve employee performance so that the company's performance increases. But in fact, the performance of employees at frontliner PT Bank BRI Syariah Bandung Branch is still low. This is marked by the achievement of employee performance targets in accordance with company standardization. This study aims to discuss and analyze the influence of training on the performance of employees frontliner, the influence of career development on the performance of employees frontliner and the influence of training and career development on employee performance. section of frontliner PT Bank BRI Syariah Bandung Branch. The framework in this study shows that there are influences: 1) training on the performance of employees frontliner; 2) career development towards the performance of employees frontliner; and 3) training and career development on employee performance section of frontliner PT Bank BRI Syariah Bandung Branch. The research method used is method explanatory research, with descriptive and verification research types. Members of the population amounted to 80 employees. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling where all population participants were sampled as many as 80 employees of frontliner PT Bank BRI Syariah Bandung Branch. The data used is ordinal data. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test to see the effect partially and the F-test to see the effect simultaneously. The results of multiple regression analysis can be proves that training and career development has a positive influence on employee performance. Partially, training on employee performance has a value of t count 6.123 > t table 1.66320 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicating that training has a significant effect on the performance ofemployees frontliner, this result are to strengthen Bambang Setiawadi’s research. While career development onsection employee performance frontliner has a value of t count 2.135> t table 1.66320 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicating that career development has a significant effect on employee performance, this result are to strengthen Rina Nurlaelasari's research. Simultaneously, career training and development has a value of Fcount 21,544>Ftable 3,107 with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05 indicating jointly significant effect on the performance of employees frontliner at PT Bank BRI Syariah Bandung Branch, this result are to strengthen Sashi's Anand Kritika Retd research.
