Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Bangun Bina Persada Cab.Bandung. Populasi karyawan PT.Bangun Bina Persada 78 orang, sampel 78 orang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. digunakan Uji t dan Uji F melalui SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya Pengaruh positif dan signifikan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dilihat dari thitung > ttabel sebesar 3.198 > ttabel 1,668 , dari signifikasi 002 < 0,05 sedangkan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan nilai thitung 2,402 > 1.668 dari signifikasi sebesar 0,19 > 0,05, berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Pengujian secara simultan X1 dan X2 terhadap Y dari tabel diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 14,079 dengan nilai propabilitas (signifikan) sebesar 0,005. Nilai F adalah F hitung 14,079 ≥ F tabel 3,12 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 . Artinya terdapat hubungan pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara insentif dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. ENGLISH : The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Incentives and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Bangun Bina Persada Cab.Bandung. The population of PT. Build Bina Persada's employees is 78 people, a sample of 78 people using saturated sampling techniques. To determine the effect of giving incentives and work discipline to employee performance. T test and F test through SPSS Version 20 are used. The results of this study indicate the existence of a positive and significant effect of incentives on employee performance, seen from tcount> ttable for 3,198> ttable 1,668, from significance 002 <0.05 while Work Discipline on Employee Performance tcount 2,402> 1,668 from significance of 0,19> 0.05, means that there is no significant influence of Work Discipline on employee performance. Simultaneous testing X1 and X2 against Y from the table obtained a calculated F value of 14.079 with a value of (significant) of 0.005. The F value is F calculated 14.079 ≥ F table 3.12 and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence relationship between incentives and work discipline on employee performance.
